Kokichi poked me until I woke up. We went back to our podiums. We waited for everyone else to get there. Believe it or not that short nap re-energized me. I was pumped and ready to find the culprit. Once Monokuma sat down and everyone was accounted for it was time to start. The Monokubs kept blabbing about stuff while I was reviewing my notebook. "We shouldn't listen to anything Maki says. She's just gonna throw out more lies." Kokichi said. "How are you so sure she's lying? Even I can't tell, that's impressive. So Maki if you are lying, way to go on even stumping me." I said while tapping my pen to my head. "But if we don't ask her for more details, how will we know for sure?" Tsumugi asked. "I told you we already, we don't need to...I hate liars! Liar, liar, pants on fire!" Kokichi spat. "And that itself was a lie because you have no room to talk, liar." I countered. "Maki, just ignore that lying little degenerate, we'll listen to what you have to say!" Tenko declared. "It must have been...a little after midnight last night. He visited me at my research lab. He wanted me to show him the motive video I received." Maki explained. That sounded like a genuine statement to me. 

"Motive video?" Gonta questioned. "If Ryoma came to ask you about that, does that mean you had his video?" Kiyo asked. "Does that mean he had Maki's?" Kirumi questioned. I nodded looking back over my list of who had the motive videos. "Yep Maki had Ryoma's and Ryoma had Maki's. I checked when me and Kokichi stole them." I said. "As (Y/N) said Ryoma had Maki's motive video." Kirumi stated. "Does this mean you and Ryoma received one another's video?" She questioned. She wasn't listening to me at all. I sweat-dropped and sighed. "Maybe...I actually didn't check the video I got so I wouldn't know." Maki responded. Yep they aren't listening to me. "Maki admitted earlier she hadn't checked her Kubs Pad." Keebo added. "Then why did Ryoma think that Maki had his motive video?" Angie asked. "If he went around asking people at random, he might've asked other people besides Maki." Kaito said. "He never asked me! He probably never asked you guys either, right?" Miu questioned. "Then who was it that told Ryoma about Maki having his Kubs Pad?" Keebo asked. Shuichi's gaze fell on me. "(Y/N) it was you wasn't it?" Shuichi questioned. "Huh?" I asked. "You said just a minute ago that you checked everyone's video's when you and Kokichi stole them right?" He asked. "Oh sure, someone listens to me." I said rolling my eyes. "Yes, I did check each video but that doesn't mean I told Ryoma about his." I said. "Yeah, hate to burst your bubble detective but it wasn't (Y/N)." Kokichi stated. "What?" Shuichi asked. "She was with me after midnight. Well more like I was with her. I didn't leave until around 2 in the morning." Kokichi stated. "What why?" Everyone questioned. "Well umm." He looked away slightly. I sighed. "I told him a scary story after we finished tag and he was really paranoid afterward." I said. "(Y/N)!!!!! Don't tell them that!" He said with a small blush on his face. I just chuckled at him. "Your fault for asking me of all people for a scary story." I said. "Anyway, so how did Ryoma know?" Keebo asked. "My guess is he got lucky and thought that the videos were just swapped between people. Say I got Kokichi's video but I wanted to see mine. I would think that he would have my video since I got his." I explained. "So let's call it luck and move on." Shuichi said. "So what happened after Ryoma asked you for his motive video, Maki?" Kaito questioned. "I told him to just take it from my room. I keep my room unlocked." Maki stated. "Wow Maki, that's so careless, aren't you worried about someone killing you in your sleep?" Kokichi asked. "Naw, I don't think it's that careless, half the time I leave my room unlocked too." I said. Maki was just silent but everyone gave me weird looks. "And then what happened?" Gonta asked getting the conversation back on track.  

"I don't know what happened after that. I'm not even sure he saw his motive video. When he asked me he said he'd show me my motive video in return...But I wasn't interested so I declined. And that's pretty much it." Maki explained. "So you don't even know if Ryoma saw his video? What a load of crap!" Miu spat. This conversation continued for a while but I tuned out. "Maki is lying! Like I said earlier liars like me know their own kind!" Kokichi said. This brought me out of my zone because everyone seemed to be split. "I'm not lying I did meet up with Ryoma at nighttime." Maki protested calmly. Once again I sensed no lies in her statement. "...I'm telling the truth." She said. "I don't think Maki is lying either. I can sense no lies in her statement and I can tell when someone is lying easily!" I protested. A debate started. "I met with Ryoma the previous night." Maki said. "What a load of crap!" Miu shouted. "Maki only see Ryoma at night?" Gonta questioned. "Yes I didn't meet with anyone else." Maki stated. "Are you sure? Did anyone see those two together?" I questioned. "If no one can prove that this meeting took place--." Kiyo was cut off by Shuichi. "I might not be able to prove that they met but I can prove that Maki wasn't alone." Shuichi said. What? I thought. "Oh...? Please explain." Kiyo said. "Well, Kaito and I train together every night...And yesterday because of the Insect Meet and Greet, we started late." He said. "Huh?" Kaito questioned. "Ah, Kaito. Don't worry about it. You don't have to say anything." Shuichi said. "Anyway, we were doing some frog squats on the school steps, when we heard two people talking." He said. "...People talking?" Angie questioned. "We knew one of them was Maki but we couldn't pick out the other one...but now that I think about it, it must have been Ryoma." Shuichi said. "What?" Kirumi asked. 

"U-uh...Yeah! That was probably...around midnight!" Kaito said. "..." Maki didn't say anything. I exchanged a look with Kokichi. Did...Shuichi...just...? My thoughts trailed off. "Wait a minute...If you heard voices then that means..." Tenko trailed off. "So Ryoma and Maki did meet up." Gonta stated. My thoughts were whirling at the moment. "No, no. Hold on! Why'd you sit on that info for so long!?" Miu asked. "Because until just now I didn't think it was relevant. I had no reason to bring it up." Shuichi said. D*mn can he cover his tracks. I thought. "Now, now. We don't know if Maki was really talking to Ryoma, right?" Angie questioned. "That is true. If I knew for certain I would have said something sooner. But considering the circumstances I don't think it could've been anyone but Ryoma." Shuichi said. He's good! I thought. "None of us were talking to Maki last night, correct? So it must have been him." Shuichi said. "And nobody say you suddenly remember talking to Maki! It's way to late for that!" Kaito added. "And you two did not confirm it was him that Maki was talking to at the time?" Kirumi asked. "If I heard a conversation in the middle of the night I surely would have checked." She stated. "We are still part of a killing game after all." She said. Kirumi did it. I thought. She's pushing way to hard to expose this lie because she wants us to think it was done during yesterday before nighttime because she committed the crime at nighttime. That explains the pool supplies and the piece of glove fabric I found in the pool. 

"Whoa Kirumi chill out with the scary face." I said. "Eavesdropping isn't exactly a nice thing to do so I don't blame them. I mean would any of us be happy if we found out our conversations were being listened in on?" I questioned with a shrug. "(Y/N)'s right. It isn't manly to eavesdrop so we left it alone." Kaito said. But Shuichi and Kirumi's faces showed something else. They both know I can see through things easily and by defending Shuichi's statement from Kirumi it let them both know I was onto them. "...Anyway, I know I heard voices. Maki isn't lying." Shuichi stated strongly. "Then Gonta will believe friends." Gonta declared. "Y-you're going to believe him...Just like that?" Miu asked. "But Shuichi has no reason to lie." Tenko stated. "Yes...if his lie leads us to the wrong culprit he will join us in eternal sleep." Kiyo said. "Unless he wishes for death we should be able to believe him." He added. "That's right. You can believe me." Shuichi insisted. Maybe he's not that good at lying. Maybe I'll give him some pointers later. That'll spice things up a bit. I thought a smirk crossing my features. "Yeah, you're right. I'll believe him too!" Tsumugi declared. I scoffed at her. I really don't like that idiotic mastermind. "Belief shall set you free!" Angie declared. "I'd be shocked if Shuichi was a liar! Especially after we've believed in him for so long!" Kokichi said but then gave his signature smirk. "I know right! But that wasn't a lie. I believe him too!" I said with a smirk as well. Shuichi knew that we were onto him but he didn't let it show. Impressive. "Alright that proves it then. Ryoma was still alive at nighttime." Kaito said. "In other words me and Maki aren't suspects anymore." He said. "But...I guess that means the everyone's alibis are invalid. Well minus Kokichi and (Y/N). If their story from earlier is true then they both have an alibi until 2 o'clock in the morning." Kiyo stated. "So we're right back where we started. What a pain."  Himiko said. I agreed with her. "However we've finally narrowed down the time of death to sometime after nighttime began. Specially after midnight." I said. Keebo nodded. "But then when was Ryoma's body placed in the piranha tank?" Kirumi asked. That was currently being argued over. I was getting sick and tired of this trial already. I open and closed my fist a few times while taking deep breaths. Kokichi noticed this. "(Y/N) you alright?" He whispered. "I'm fine. Perfectly fine. Nothing is wrong. I'm alright." I said while clenching my teeth. "Did you already figure out who did it?" He asked. I nodded slightly. "Yes, and I'm shocked the others haven't figured it out yet as well." I mumbled. I handed him my notebook so he could look over it. He was a fast reader so it didn't take him very long. "You're right. Kirumi did it with out a shadow of a doubt. But I feel like she keeps steering the conversation away from who did it." He said. I nodded. "That's exactly what she's doing. I just want this trial to be over already." I wined. "Just bare with it for a little while longer (Y/N)." He said. I nodded. "Fine. But if they don't figure it out soon, I'm gonna just come out and say it." He nodded in understanding. Annnnnd a scrum debate started. Me and Kokichi stayed out of it since we knew it was at nighttime without a doubt. 

~After Scrum Debate~         

"So it was nighttime for sure." Gonta said. I groaned loudly. "It's about flippin time! I've had that figured out for so long now! Why are all of you so slow!?" I shouted. They all looked at me. "(Y/N), do you know who did it?" Shuichi asked. "GOD DO I EVER! I'VE HAD IF FIGURED OUT FOR SO LONG NOW IT'S CRAZY HOW LONG YOU PEOPLE CAN GO BACK AND FORTH!" I shouted. "(Y/N) calm down please." Kokichi said. I took a breath. "Sorry, just had to blow of some steam there. Look I've tried to be nice this trial. I've tried to play along and let you all stand on your own two feet. But geez it's been what? Three hours since we started this thing?" I questioned looking at the clock on the wall. "Yeah, around three hours and you're just now starting to get on track." I said with a sigh. I tossed my notebook to Shuichi. "I've written everything down there. Get this case back on track while I take a nap. Oh by the way, the culprit has been steering the conversation away from clues and other important factors that would lead to them. So make sure you answer questions but stay on track. Someone wake me up once everything's rapped up." I said. With that I sat down put my head in my hands and drifted off. 

~Time Skip~                

"From what I remember Kirumi is the only one who wears black gloves." Kokichi said causing me to wake up. "SO WHAT IF I WEAR GLOVES! (Y/N) WEARS GLOVES TOO!" The maid in questioned yelled. "(Y/N) wears (F/C) gloves. Not black." Shuichi protested. "Not only that but her gloves are made of silk. They're acting gloves. The piece of fabric in the pool was made of much stronger material." Kokichi added. I yawned and slowly got up. "Mooooorning sleepyhead." Kokichi greeted. "Sorry I heard shouting. How long was I out?" I asked. "About two hours but Shuichi finally pinned down the culprit and is about to rap things up. Rigggggght Shuichi?" The Supreme Leader questioned. The detective nodded and tossed back my notebook. Even when I'm drowsy I caught it with ease. "It was a big help, no doubt the trial would have taken a lot longer without it." He said. "Just rap up the case Shu." I said. "R-right." He stuttered. "I will show you the truth!" He declared strongly pointing at Kirumi. 

"The victim's body was found this morning during Himiko's Underwater Escape Act. When we saw the piranhas in the tank we thought Himiko's escape failed. Of course, it was all part of the act. Himiko's escape went perfectly. But when Angie opened the curtain in front of the water tank...we saw Ryoma, with piranhas swarming around him!" Shuichi started. Once he had finished Kirumi could not deny it anymore. She explained why. She explained everything. "Do you really think I'd let that slide?" I questioned once it was all said and down. "What?" Kirumi questioned. "I made an excuse for Kaede since she was only trying to protect us. But this is inexcusable. You were going to sacrifice everyone here for what? A country you need to get back too? Ever consider the video is fake and Monokuma was screwing with you!" I shouted. Everyone flinched hearing the anger in my voice. Even Kokichi. "Countries rise and fall Kirumi, if you're missing they would think logically and have someone replace you. Especially if no one had sent a ransom. I know more about this crap then you think I do. Do you even understand the weight of killing someone Kirumi? Do you!" I shouted. "You know what? Never mind. You've probably killed thousands if you were leading wars. I am disgusted that I actually considered you one of my friends and allies. I should've smelled the blood on your hands from the moment I met you. Of course using water and drowning Ryoma was clever. If you had killed him up front I would've smelt traces of his blood on you no matter if you changed clothes or bathed." I growled. Everyone stared at me in shock. "I don't even care anymore. Maybe I shouldn't have trusted anyone to begin with. Why the hell did I let myself get close to people who are just going to die anyway?" I questioned with a sigh. "Time is a cruel, cruel, mistress. It can make you colder than ice and as sharp as a blade. But time is such a curse." I mumbled that last part to myself. "Let this be a lesson to future murderers. If you plan on killing someone have reasons behind it. Good reasons. Human life is precious so don't waste it for petty reasons. As you can see Kirumi's was somewhat noble but I just ripped it apart like it was nothing. I'm done here." I growled. My eyes held nothing but cold hard hatred. As I glared at everyone in the room. Once my eyes landed on Kokichi they softened a little. I ruffled his hair as an apology before turning away and ignoring everyone. When it was time for Kirumi's execution everyone told her to run. She refused to die. But she died anyway. 

~Shuichi's POV~                

Once we all stepped out of the elevator the mood was down in the dumps. Especially with (Y/N)'s speech in mind. 'Human life is precious so don't waste it for petty reasons.' I don't understand that statement. What does she mean by 'human life'? It was nighttime when we got outside and I noticed (Y/N) slightly relieved. She stretched seeming to be energized by the moonlight. "For now...we should rest. That seems to be the most logical course of action." Keebo said. "Yeah...my brain's outta juice from it going full throttle all day." Himiko said. Only me and (Y/N) did stuff. I thought slightly annoyed. "Like you even have a brain to use." Miu spat at her. Conversation went on and off with the group but I was drifting. (Y/N) was lucky to get in a two hour nap. "Oh hold on. I have to tell you guys something!" Kokichi said suddenly. A lot of us complained about not being in the mood for his antics but we were silenced by (Y/N)'s glare. "Nee-heehee. Thank's (Y/N)!" He said cheerfully. She nodded to him. She's been awfully silent since her speech. "Now, now it won't take that long, so just listen to what I have to say." Kokichi said making one of his creepy faces. Seriously am I the only one who notices that!? "Well then, what is it you have to say?" Kiyo questioned. "Everyone seems to be treating my like I'm some kinda compulsive liar...But that's completely ridiculous because there's an even worse liar among you!" I declared waving a finger at us. I froze. Is he talking about me? I knew him and (Y/N) were onto me but I didn't think they'd bring it up! I thought slightly panicked but I didn't let it show on my face. "A liar worse than you?" I questioned. "..." He gave me this weird look before another creepy face. "...I'm talking about Maki." He stated. "What?" The black haired female questioned. "What do you mean Maki's a liar?" Kaito questioned. "Maki admitted it during the class trial, remember? Ryoma wanted her to show him his motive video cuz he was looking for a reason to live. But that isn't the whole story...Ryoma was blackmailing you wasn't he Maki?" Kokichi questioned. "B-blackmail?" Keebo question. "Ryoma just happened to discover Maki's true identity. So he used that to blackmail her. I bet he said something like...'If you don't show me my motive video I'll tell everyone what you really are.'" Kokichi said. "That's why Maki didn't want us to know she met up with Ryoma." He stated. "She wanted to keep her true identity a secret til the last minute." Kaito questioned him until we all looked over at Maki. The females face was a piercing glare that sent shivers down my spine. She launched forward at lightning speed but everything went in slow motion for me. 

Kokichi flinched back from Maki's movements and rolled down his sleeve revealing a black mark on his wrist. He held it out and (Y/N) was at his side in an instant. She opened her mouth revealing two long white fangs and she bit into his wrist. A purple light shone from the two blinding us momentarily before we saw the scene in front of us. (Y/N) stood in a defensive position with a glowing purple scythe that looked like it was made of fire right in front of Kokichi blocking Maki's path. A collar had formed around her neck and a purple chain connected the collar to Kokichi's wrist where she just bit. "Nee-heehee, even the Ultimate Assassin can't get past my Second in Command." Kokichi said cheerfully. Second in Command? Ultimate Assassin? What's going on!? I thought. (Y/N) smirked revealing her fangs and licked some of Kokichi's blood off of her lip. "I think it's time for a proper introduction. My name is (Y/N) (L/N), The Ultimate Actress. I also go by the Ultimate Magic Warrior. But what I really am is a Servamp. A vampire that serves a human." 

WHOA! IT'S FINALLY BEEN REVEALED! Welp the whole Servamp thing isn't mine go watch the anime trust me it's good. I won't be working on this story for a while, sorry about that especially with a cliffhanger like that one but I'd like to finish my Karma x Reader first. Just kidding! Somewhat. I do want to finish my Karma x Reader before devoting all my time to this but updates will by slower than normal not stopping, not that I actually have a schedule.
