Lola's POV
I sat there in the chair rocking back and forwards crying into my sleeve a girl strutted up the corridor; her ombré hair swiftly touching her shoulders her fear in her eyes, I gave her a reassuring look as she walked over

"Did you run him over" she choked, I nodded

"I'm so sorry " I cried she hugged me whispering sweet words into my ear,

"It's not your fault it was a accident " she choked I nodded we left it at that and the nurse told us we could see Joe I appeared at the door; he was comforting her whilst she's talking

"Who are you " he pointed to me

"I I - I'm your girlfriend, Lola " I choked

"Score I have a beautiful girlfriend " he said chuckling she dragged me outside

"Your know where near his girlfriend. Your just didn't have the guts did you " she scoffed I out my head

"It's all that came out it hurt to say- I'm the stranger you ran over " I muttered

"Il keep with it - I suppose I don't want to hurt Joe. I'm Zoe by the way " she rubbed my shoulder softly

"Go in there and prove that your his girlfriend " she smiled I walked Joe smiled at me I kissed him on the cheek and held his hand all I could think of is the moment I ran over him. I shed a tear in the slight fact I was lying to someone and his sister I barely knew.

"Are you ok baby " Joe said wiping away my tear with his thumb

"I should of been there- I was just useless at home " I lied

"It wasn't your fault- it was just some stupid stranger" he played with the strands of my hair soothingly. I kissed him on the lips slightly; I smiled in the kiss and pulled back

"Do any of you want a coffee " I asked getting my purse out Joe nodded, Zoe shook her head; so there I was walking of to the cafeteria
