The first time we met,
I was wearing my
Favourite blue jeans.

It was all so unexpected,
And I was terrified,
Refusing to let you in.

Afraid to show you the parts
Of me that were shameful,
To show you how the
Demons ruled my mind.

But you,
Oh god you,
Casted them out,
Telling them to never return,
For you were here to stay,
And there just wasn't
Room for everyone.
