Ah, yes. This is where the real work begins.

So, there are two things under scheduling.

When/Who runs the account and When is work due.

So let's start with the former. That will be mostly based on the people in your groups. I do expect a change in schedules when school starts up and the Corona Virus situation has ended. We will work on that when the moment arises.

But for now, I need you all to get with your representative (if you do not have one yet, I will be there to make sure you have one) and tell them what times work best for you.

Here's the thing; I don't wang anyone working on anything for this past 12 am. Ever. You need sleep. And I refuse to have anyone up doing things for this.

Schools typically end around 4 on a regular basis, so we should work like we have school. So think of it as a job that covers 4 pm to 12 am and everyone must serve and equal amount of time, if they can.

I know a lot of you cannot and that's okay. Just give me the time you can spare and I will be forever grateful.

Now, onto work assignments.

The point of this orginization is to relate to others and help them with questions, concerns, etc. If they're questioning, talk to them. Or if they need tips and advice answer those things.

I need a chapter out every other Friday. (So not this upcoming Friday, but the next one. Remember I'm on EST time.) Talk about your experiences, stereotypes, tips, advice, safety, etc.

I need everyone in the group to participate in these. If you cannot, tell your representative why you cannot and make sure they know. Do not randomly leave people waiting for your piece of the work.

You can title your books however you want it to be titled. You could make a seperate book specifically for questions and a book to answer those questions.

However you feel comfortable.
