My coming out story.

Well, it started in 6th grade when my friends told me what their sexuality is. I never knew there were names for them. So about a week later we were walking back to class from lunch and I just told them I'm Bi. They were cool with it and we went a long with our day.

Fast forward to last summer. It was pride month and I planned on coming out to my mom. Well it happened about a week after pride month was over. We were going fishing. I was hanging out with my mom and little sister. It took me a few minutes because I was scared she wouldn't accept me but ended up telling her. She asked a few questions and I confidently answered them.  She accepted me, but my step dad was not so accepting. We got home and he kept asking how I knew I liked girls and boys. I told him I dated a girl. I told them we broke up, but up we're still friends and he started insulting her. I went to my room, crying and listing to my mom try to stop by saying we were good friend still and he ended up calming down and accepted me.

Now, about a month ago,  I had a paper in my pocket that my dad wanted to see. It had somethings on it that I did not want him to read, so, me being me, I ran outside and climbed to the top of the old play set. My brother and my dad came out on the porch and my dad tried asking my brother what was on the paper. My brother assumed it said something about me being Bi. It did not, but my we all went inside and my dad asked how I knew. I told him I dated a girl and he easily accepted me and has never asked about the paper.
