Eren's POV

"Armin!" I shouted as I saw him in the park. It's been a couple weeks, and I grew scared that Mom was growing fat. Her stomach grew big and fat. But she didn't seem to worry. When I asked her, she laughed and told me it was normal. "Armin!" I shouted again, catching his attention.

While Mom and Dad were making sure that there was a room for the baby, Bella took me to the park to meet with Armin and my new friend, Mikasa! He waves at me, "Heh, Eren!"

I turn to ask Bella if I could play, and she just nodded. "Go ahead."

I felt myself smile as wide as I could, and ran towards Armin, hugging him very tightly. "Armin!" Mikasa was right behind him, smiling at me as well. "Heh, hey Mikasa."

She nodded, "Hey..."

"So, you were expelled from Stormy Elementary School?" Armin asks as we walked around, in view with our guardians.

I nodded, "Yeah. It was all Jean's fault!" Then, I lowered my voice, I shouldn't have raised it. "But... the new school is kinda fun."

"What school is that?" Mikasa asks, pulling her red scarf that Mom bought for her birthday.

"Penny Huston Elementary School. I made a couple friends."

"Like who?"

"Annie... Reiner, and Ber-Ber... his name's hard to pro-pronounce." I say, kicking the dirt, but stopping. Dad hates it when I'm covered in dirt... "Anyways, how have you been?"

Armin started to perk up, "Well, I'm reading a lot of books. Mom and Dad have been buying books for me more and more. Now, I'm reading 3rd grade books."

"And that I've been practicing in some martial arts." Mikasa says coldly, but looks at me, funny. "How's your family going, Eren?"

"Um... I'm gonna be a big brother."

"Wow!" Armin jumps onto my back, "Congrats, Eren!"

I laughed as we ran around, chasing each other. No parents bother us anymore... no one dared to hurt us when we were together. We just played and played. Tagging each other, and most of the time, we kept making Armin cry.

"Hey... what's wrong?" I asked, sitting next to him as he kept crying. After some time, he would wipe them away and continue playing.

Through his sniffing, he manages to speak. "Y-You guys are better than me... and too fast for me to catch you."

"Well, we don't have to play tag..."

Bella came over, holding some ice cream cups with our favorite flavors. She gave Mikasa a strawberry one, Armin had vanilla ice cream, and she gave me chocolate. "Thanks, Bella!" I tell her, eating a big spoonful of ice cream into my mouth.

She made a noise, "Eren, don't do that! You're gonna-" That's when my head started to hurt and my mouth was freezing cold. "get a brain-freeze..." She finishes as I opened my mouth to warm it up. I almost whined, but I stayed strong.

After ice cream, Bella said it was okay for us to go to the playground, and not the open space. So, that's where we went, swinging on the swings together. Bella pushed all three of us, and we flew up towards the sky.

I felt my feet fly high above me and I held tight onto the chains, not letting go. "Whee!" I say as I fell down.

We kept playing and playing until Armin's parents had to say that they had to leave. "Bye Eren..." He says as he hugs be goodbye. We won't be able to see each other for a long time, and we knew it.

"Heh, bye Armin! See you soon!"

"I gotta go too." Mikasa says, hugging me too.

That's when I wrapped my arms around them, squeezing tight. "We're friends, right? Friends forever?"

Armin smiled, "Yeah! Best friends forever!"

Once they left... I already missed them. I wanted to hang out with them more often, and that I wanted to be at school with them, just like before. But... we were best friends... friends forever... and that's not gonna take our friendship away.

I needed some cuteness, so, how about a chapter about Eren and his best friends? Huh? Loved it?
