Chapter 64: Rescue Mission
Levi's POV
Just like the day when I drove for hours without stopping to rest, I couldn't sleep. I couldn't sleep, knowing that my girls are gone... there was nothing I can do to help them. The only lead we had was unusable because the only ones that could track it would pass out due to the smell. They've been gone for 4 days already... and I feel like I'm going insane.
When I came downstairs from my sleepless night, I found Erwin talking to Nanaba and Henry while holding some sort of package. "What's that?" I asked, pointing to it. The worse came to mind...
Henry gave a small smile, a smile of hope. What does that mean? "Do you remember us talking about Hanji's brother, Kristopher? Well, he sent us a package. A serum to make us immune to the smell while tracking it."
"Didn't we lose it? The scent, I mean. It's been days and-."
"It's still around the city, Levi," Nanaba says coldly, "And we can track them. I promise we'll find them. We'll leave in 3 hours." Nanaba starts to walk towards me, "And we need you at your best. Try to get some sleep. We'll get them."
"I can't. Not until I know they're safe with me."
"We need you at your full strength, Levi. Just a small nap. Please."
I retreat to my room, trying to rest. I think of Hanji... sleeping next to me with Raven. I see them there... snoring softly in the night. I close my eyes, but I can't sleep. Without them here, I can't sleep. I need to know that they are safe. But we'll leave in 3 hours... all I need is hope. I know I'll see them...

We arrived at the facility, seeing it somewhat run-down. We had second thoughts about this being the right place... but the werewolves confirmed this was the place. As everyone was deciding which form they would be in, we found a couple of stowaways: Eren and Klaus.
"What are you doing here?! Nanaba screeches, pulling at their ears. "You two are in big trouble!"
"W-We wanna find Raven!" Eren cries, "We just wanna play with her again..."
"That's a lie, Eren. When Raven was still here, you spent your time playing with everyone else and not Raven. So why did you two decide to come here? Just to play heroes? This is serious- you could get killed, Eren. This is not a game. You can get badly hurt."
"Raven's our friend..." Eren says, "She's like a sister... sure, she can be a bit annoying... but I like her... and I don't want to lose her."
Klaus nods his head, "I feel sorry that I teased her... she's a sister... and... I want to see her again... I don't want to lose her... so please... let us go and find Raven. She wants to be a big sister, and if she's not here..."
"You're still not coming along." Nanaba snaps, "You boys stay here, okay? Do not go inside." Nanaba walks out with her gear.
The boys ran up to me, "Please... can we go?"
"No, because if something happens to either of you, your mothers would want me dead. Stay here." The boys groaned as Erwin walks in, "What's going on, Erwin?"
"We're going to leave." Erwin's eyes shift to the boys, "Really?"
"We're sorry, Erwin..." Eren mumbles.
"We're talking with your parents. Levi, let's go."
I nod my head, cocking my gun. I don't give a damn, I'm getting my wife and daughter out of there. They deserve to be living a good life... not like this. Turning to the boys, I knew they were plotting something. I want to say something, but they're loyal to each other... I can't stop someone who wants to do the right thing for their family.
Everything seemed to be a blur. I remember the werewolves running inside, not slaying anyone, but just knocking them unconscious. I was the only one to pull the trigger. Hundreds of werewolves were located in this place. All were aggressive, and none were like Hanji... they were all wolf-like. Howling in pain.
How could my wife and daughter be in a place like this?
Led by Kristopher, I was surprised to see he looked similar to Hanji- dark brown hair and caramel eyes. A pair of glasses on his face, but a bit bulkier than Hanji's. He didn't say any greeting, just telling me, "Hanji's this way. I can't get to Raven. I don't know where she is."
"We'll find her. Is Hanji safe?"
"She is, yes. We need to find Raven."
Then, one little wolf ran past us with Klaus behind him. I knew it was Eren. "Eren! Klaus!" Erwin shouted after them. "Levi, get them. I'll handle Hanji. If Hanji's safe and Raven's state is unknown, go after your daughter. We got Hanji."
I wanted to stay with Hanji, but if something happened to Raven, Hanji would never be the same. "Don't tell me what to do, Erwin." I ran after them.

Raven's POV
I was told I can't see Mommy again because of the people I hurt. I didn't want to draw pictures anymore. I walked back and forth from the glass wall, looking around. It's so scary... I curled up next to the window, starting to cry. I wanted to see Mommy and Daddy again... I began to whimper, wanting to get out. I didn't get pancakes...
My ear slowly lifted when I heard Eren's barking. I shifted into my human form, jumping onto the glass. It was him! It was Klaus too! I began to hit the wall, crying. "Eren! Klaus! Don't leave me!"
Eren turns around, turned into a human, and jumped on the glass. I could see him smiling before turning to his side. "Klaus! Levi! I found her! I found Raven!"
"Eren?! Wait, Daddy's here?! Daddy?! Klaus?!"
Daddy appeared in the window, and I kept hitting the glass. "Boys, get away from here." He shouts, holding his gun. "Raven, go to the bed and cover yourself with the blankets, okay? I need to shoot the glass."
I listen to him, hiding in the blankets. I hear the three loud bangs, and it was like thunder. "Raven!" He called out, and once I popped out, he hugged me tightly. So tightly that it was hurting my chest. "Are you okay?" He says so sadly... "Raven..."
"D-Daddy, you're hurting... me..." He lets go, kissing my forehead. "Daddy, I did something bad..."
"What happened?"
"I wanted to see Mommy, but because I scratched the people that touched me-."
"Touched you?!"
"They grabbed me tightly... and I got scared... so I scratched them with my claws. Mommy said we shouldn't do that."
"With these people, it's okay. Mommy won't get mad at you. I'm not mad... I'm proud, Raven." Daddy kisses my forehead again before picking me up from the bed. "Right now, I need you to leave with Eren and Klaus. Go outside and get into the van. I need to get Mommy, okay?"
I nod my head, and as we leave the room, I screamed when I saw Dirk running toward us. "Daddy, behind us!"
Daddy dropped me to the ground when he attacked. Dirk wasn't a friend of Mommy and Daddy's... he... he lied... "Raven, go. Leave with Eren and Klaus- now!" Klaus grabs my shoulders as Eren tried to stand his ground. "Eren, now!"
"Let's go, Eren," I whimpered, "Beat him up, Daddy! He's a liar!"
We ran away, and I know Daddy is gonna win. Daddy always wins.
