Levi's POV

My phone began to buzz which woke me up from my slumber. Last night, I was still sleeping on Hanji's naked body when I pushed myself up. Why could I have waited until we found a motel or something for us to have sex? I need a shower. Quickly.

Hanji grumbles softly as she stirred a bit in her sleep, but didn't wake up. Erwin's name was on the phone as I answered it, "What?"

"Don't what me." He says sternly. "Is Hanji there?"

"Sleeping right now. What do you want?"

"Explains why she's not answering her phone."

"Plus it's been dead for... well, it was dead around 7 pm last night. I'll ask again, what do you want? Do you want to talk to her? I can wake her up now-."

"No, don't. Let her sleep. Her dad has a request for you: a hunting quest." I sat up, shivering in the cold air. I need to shower. "A pack in Yallin has a werewolf problem. One that's posing them as one of those rouge ones. Can you please investigate that city to make sure that it's truly one of the rouge ones or if it's just a crazy human?"

I sighed, thinking of where Yallin is. I think it's in the south. "I won't get there for another day or two. I'm supposed to go home-."

"I know, I know, Levi. But please... it's a request. We'll pay for everything. Hotels, food, whatever you and Hanji need. But just investigate that place. It's crucial."

"Don't treat me as some sort of dog you can order around, Erwin."

"You're not our dog, Levi. You're a human. We can handle things on our own. But Hanji's father wants to ensure that you're on our side. Find the truth with Hanji. Consider it... consider it as proof of loyalty to this pack. I understand that Hanji loves you, and she'll do anything she can to protect you. That's how werewolves are. You're human. You don't share the same values as she does. If you truly love her and want to embrace her werewolf side, help us fix these problems. Otherwise, some pack members will never change their minds about you. Yallin's the town where you need to be."

Erwin hangs up, leaving me alone, naked and alone in this car with Hanji. I sighed, groaning. What the hell am I supposed to do?

Instantly, I turned to see Hanji still slumbering with her arms sprawled out above her. I kissed her cheek, gently shaking her awake. "Hanji, Hanji, wake up."

She groaned softly, curling up into a baby position. "W-What...?"

"I got a job from your pack. Come on, get dressed."

"Do I have to...?"

"You can go back to sleep right after you get dressed, okay? I'm going to start driving and I rather not have a naked woman in the back of my car as we drive into the city. Makes sense? Hanji." I sighed as I realized she fell back asleep. "Hanji, just get your clothes on. I'll help."

It was a pain in the ass to not only get myself dressed but help Hanji get into her clothes again. She's like a child that doesn't know how to get dressed. But either way, I let her go back to sleep. Letting her sleep as I drove to Yallin.

I seriously need a shower...

I drove as far as I could until Hanji woke up from her slumber. Then, I pulled up into a hotel, remembering that Erwin said that they'll provide everything as long as I accepted this... 'job.' I decided that we'll stay here for the night before driving off to Yallin tomorrow morning.

"W-What are we doing here...? How did I get dressed...?"

"You don't remember?"

"I remember having amazing sex last night... and a strange dream..." I raised an eyebrow as she talked about the dream. "Some sort of mouse or something was getting me ready for a ball. One of those old, royal balls. Do you know what I mean? It was strange..."

"That is strange. But Erwin tried calling you, so he called me instead. He told me that your dad requested us to go to Yallin about a werewolf problem-."

"And you just accepted that?"

My shoulders shrugged slightly, "One, I don't want to get on your dad's bad side. I'm more scared of your dad and your pack of wolves than a stray rogue werewolf. And two, if a werewolf is killing people, we should do something about it. It's the right thing to do. That's why we're going to Yallin."

"I thought you would've had more resistance. You don't seem like to be someone to lay down and obey."

"I'm not lying down and obeying. Either way, we're going there tomorrow morning. We'll just stop here for tonight. Don't worry. Besides, we need a shower. I'll feel better once I take a good bath. How's that? A bath with me... bubbles... nice and squeaky clean."

Hanji giggles softly, watching me pull up into the hotel parking lot. "How are you paying for this? Looks expensive..."

"It is. Erwin's paying for everything."

"He's what?! Levi, don't exploit him like that!"

"Why not? He's paying for everything. Might as well-."

Hanji rolled her eyes as she plants a kiss on my neck. "Just don't, okay? He's still a member of my pack."

"If I didn't know any better, I would still have thought you have a crush on him."

"Didn't we discuss this already? I don't like him. We ended things on good terms. I never liked him in that way."

I began to mumble under my breath, "I still don't like how he's somewhat protective of you."

"Levi! He's my pack member! Nothing is going on between the two of us. I love you, Levi... and you're better than anyone else. Especially Erwin. I mean, if it makes you feel better, your dick is better than his-."

"Okay, I did not need to hear that." Hanji chuckles softly, laughing to herself. "But seriously... is it?"

"I mean... yeah. I never felt his, but he is... I guess... uhh... yours is bigger than his. If I remember correctly..." I didn't need to hear that, but that gave me a little confidence that I am better than that man. But still... why do I feel jealous of him?
