The sunlight streams in through the trees, and shining down onto your face. You moan in protest trying to force yourself to go back to sleep. But, the sound of you growling stomach forces you awake.

"Dammit, looks like I have to go hunting again." You mumble as you stretch, getting up from your napping place.

________________________3rd Person POV________________________

Levi's squad are out in the forest for some hunting.

"Tch, I don't see why we have to go hunting." Auruo complains mimicking Levi's attitude.

"Stop complaining already, its good to go hunting once in a while." Petra says.

"Tch." Was all the reply Petra got from him.

Eld was in the front of the group trying to ignore the bickering.

"You two are going to scare away all the animals with all your bickering." Gunther snapped.

Suddenly, a deer had appeared in front of them it was severely wounded, and that's when they saw something they had never expected.

A large wolf with (H/C) fur, that easily towers over the group had appeared, and had jumped the poor deer, as it was getting ready to take a bite of the deer, it had turned its attention to the group.

"W-what the hell is that?" Gunther whispered to Eld, afraid that the beast might attack them.

"I don't know." Eld replied with.

The large wolf creature made its way towards Eld. It was so close now that Eld's hair was being blown back from the creature's breathing. It opened its large jaws, and did something unexpected, it took Eld's survey corps cape.

It then started to walk behind a large tree. Suddenly, a small woman wearing the cape around her body came out. Upon further notice she had (H/C) wolf ears and a (H/C) wolf tail.

"W-who are you?!" Shouted Auruo.

"I should be asking you that human." The woman spat.

"My name is Eld, and we are from the survey corps." Eld replied trying to stay calm.

"Well, it looks like at least someone has some manners." The woman sneered.

"My name is (F/N) (L/N), and I want to know why you humans are in my forest?" (F/N) asked.

"We were hunting." Gunther replied.

"Oh really." Was all the woman said as she made her way towards Gunther, suddenly a gunshot went off, the bullet hitting the mystery woman in the shoulder, the woman fell back onto the ground

Eld and Gunther looked back and saw that Auruo had fired his gun.

"Auruo, stand down!" Eld shouted.

"Stand down, that thing is dangerous!" Auruo countered.

"It was posing no threat so far!" Gunther shouted.

"Tch, and how do you know that she wasn't going to attack as soon as she got near!" Auruo countered leaving both men silent.

A whimper suddenly broke the silence that was between the two men. Petra then quickly made her way towards the woman.

"Petra come back, we don't know if that thing is a threat!" Auruo shouted.

"Well, we'll find out soon enough." Was Petra's reply.

"Tch, damn woman." Auruo mumbled.

As soon as Petra got close enough to the woman, she noticed that she was wearing nothing underneath the cloak, she quickly cover her up with the cloak, but she left the shoulder exposed so she could check the wound.

"She is unconscious, and her wound is deep, we need to take her back to HQ!" Petra shouted over to the men.

"R-right!" came the response of Gunther and Eld.

However, Auruo seemed reluctant to help.

You are awoken by the burning pain in your shoulder. You let out a soft groan of pain as you open your eyes. Once you open your eyes you are greeted by a dark room. Your eyes quickly adapt to the darkness, you look over at your shoulder and see it covered in bandages. You try to move your arms and legs, but only the sounds of chains rattling greets you.

'What the hell happened?' You think to yourself. But, you quickly remember the humans you met while hunting and that one of them shot you.

'That's right, one of them shot me.' You thought.

"I see your finally awake." A monotonous voice says.

Your eyes quickly meet those of a short human with steel-grey eyes and raven-black hair, that is in an undercut hairstyle.

"And you are?" You ask sitting up only to notice that you have clothes on underneath the covers.

"Lance Corporal Levi." Was his short reply.

'Lance Corporal, so this is supposedly 'humanities strongest soldier', heh, I thought he would be taller.' You think to yourself.

"Well, are you going to tell me your name or not, brat?" The short corporal asks.

"(F/N) (L/N)." Was all you said.

"Tch, are you gonna say anything else?" He asks.

"And why should I? Last time I checked people don't shoot other people then do introductions." You snap.

"Damn brat." Levi mutters.

"Levi, you should be a little more considerate." A woman with glasses and brown hair says.

"Hiya, the names Hanji!" The energetic woman shouts, causing you to flinch at the loudness of her voice.

"Hanji, calm down." A man with blond hair and blue eyes said, seeing you flinch at the loudness of her voice.

"Oh wonderful, more humans." You mutter sarcastically.

"Tch, learn some respect, brat." Levi says.

"Again, why should I?" You question.

He doesn't say anything as you ask this.

"That's what I thought." You say triumphantly.

"Tch, damn monster." He mutters.

As he says this your eyes widen as horrible memories come back.

"What got nothin' to say, brat?" Levi asks.

"Heh, you call me the monster, but really I should be saying that to you humans." You say, venom dripping off each word that comes out of your mouth.

"Oh, and why would you say that?" The blond haired man asks.

"Tch, why do you think, because humans fear of what we are, they started to hunt us. All we ever wanted to do was live a quiet life, but I guess that didn't suit well with you humans." You say.

"Are there any more of your kind." Hanji asks excitedly.

"I don't know, as far as I know I am the last of my people." You say, this causes all three people to become silent.

"But, I don't want to cause anymore bloodshed, so I lived in the forest for many years." You continue.

"Eh, how old are you." Hanji asks.

"Well, I would be somewhere in my late twenties early thirties." You reply.

"And why were you trying to attack Levi's squad?" The blond-haired man asks.

"That's kinda rude ya'know. I don't even know your name." You shot at the man.

"Commander Erwin Smith, and I apologize I didn't mean to be rude."

"Well, Mr. Commander, to answer your question, I wasn't trying to attack them, I was gonna offer my kill to them, considering that they were hunting as well." You said.

"But, I don't hold it against them, I mean if I were in their positions, I would feel kinda threatened as well." You say rubbing the back on your neck.

"I have an offer for you." Erwin suddenly says.

"And that is?" You ask.

"If you decide to fight for humanity, we can help you in your trial tomorrow." Erwin offer.

"Trial?" You questioned.

"To see if we should kill you or not." Levi replied bluntly.

"Well, considering the fact that I have a chance of dying either way, why the hell not." You say.

"Oh, and another thing." All three people stopped as you called out.

"Can you tell the cadet that helped with the bandages and my clothes 'thank you' and also tell the two cadets upstairs that they're being loud, they're arguing is starting to hurt my ears ." You say as you once again lay down.

"Y-yeah, sure thing." Erwin says, surprised that your hearing is good enough that you can hear people from upstairs.

"Well, goodnight." You say as they leave.

They seemed surprised that you would wish them goodnight, but nonetheless Hanji and Erwin gave their 'goodnights', however, Levi just clicked his tongue in response.
