It was the next day, and everyone was enjoying their lunch, when it suddenly began to rain.
"Tch, looks like training is cancelled." Levi says.
But, your expression just light up, when you saw the rain pelt the window.
"Tch, go ahead." Aniki says.
"Thank you!" You shout, as you run up to aniki, and hug him tightly, before heading outside.
"Oi, where do you think your going!?" You hear Levi shout, but it was too late, you were already down the corridor, making a beeline for the doors that lead outside.
___________Levi's POV_____________
"What just happen?" I hear Yeager asked, confused at the situation.
"Tch, just follow me." Was all Nassir said, before leaving the mess hall.
I click my tounge, as I follow behind him, and soon enough, everyone else were following us as well, even Hanji joined in.
After reaching outside, I saw (F/N) standing calmly in the heavily pouring rain, with her eyes closed.
Suddenly, her eyes snapped open, revailing the glowing (E/C), that proved that her abilities were activated, and that was when the most amazing thing happened.
The rain stopped falling around her, and just hung there in mid air.
She then began to slowly move her hands around, the water droplets following her fluid motions.
The water whipped around her, creating small whips of water surrounding her, as she danced about, the whips flowing around her.
It looked amazing, the way her body moved as the water followed.
She then smirked, causing everyone, but me and Nassir, to raise an eyebrow.
Her fingers moved about, and the water sooner followed suit. It then began to make a form of someone.
I then realized that it looked like Eren, and then she moved her finger again, creating other figures as well.
They then began to resemble the whole Special Operations Squad, there was one that even looked like Hanji.
(F/N) giggled, as she once again moved her fingers, causing the figures to move towards us.
The copies soon lined up with the real person, mimicking their movements.
I crossed my arms, and the water copy that looked like me did the same.
I turned my head, and the copy of me did the same, but as I went to look at Hanji, I saw that she was having too much fun with hers, as she kept moving around like an idiot.
I saw that the rest of the squad were smiling and laughing, as they too, messed around with their copy.
(F/N) was laughing as she continued to manipulate the water.
That was when the water fell to the ground in a large puddle.
I looked up, and saw that (F/N) was smiling as she walked towards us.
"So, did you enjoy the show?" She asked sheepishly.
"That was amazing, do it again!" Hanji shouted as she charges towards (F/N), trying to hug her, but Nassir stepped in the way, and picked her up by the collar of her jacket, causing her to squirm in mid air.
(F/N) laughed nervously as she watches the two interact.
I then noticed that she was soaked to the bone.
I clicked my tounge, as I say, "Tch, get inside brat, before you catch a fucking cold, and get me sick."
(F/N) lets out a short laugh, before heading inside to dry off.
After she heads inside, I see everyone looking at me.
"What?" I hiss.
"Oh nothing, captain." Gunther snickers, as he too heads inside, which was then followed by everyone else, leaving me to be the last inside.
-----------------Time Skip-----------------
It's been a few days since then, and today, I needed to go shopping for cleaning supplies.
The entire squad, including Hanji, Nassir, and (F/N), were coming along to help.
As I was walking through the crowd of people, I heard crying, I turn my head to see that some brat was clutching onto a stuffed bear as he cried.
I clicked my tounge, but before I could do anything, I saw (F/N)'s eyes begin to glow a bright (E/C).
I directed my gaze towards the child, and saw that the bear was beginning to squirm out of the boy's tight grip.
The boy, being shocked, let go of the bear.
The bear took a few steps away, and then turned around.
It then began to do a stupid little dance.
The brat stopped crying, as the bear danced and twirled about.
The boy then began to laugh, as he clapped his hands together.
The bear suddenly stopped moving, and turned to the boy, before walking up to him, and giving him a hug, to which the boy gladly gave back.
_____________Your POV____________
After deactivating your abilities, you calmly walked over to the boy.
"Is something wrong?" You asked gently, as you placed your hands on your knees, so you can crouch down to his level.
"T-The other kids w-won't pl-play with me." The boy stuttered, as he tried not to cry again.
"Why is that?" You asked, giving the boy a small smile.
"B-Because, they don't like me." The boy stated, looking down.
You raised an eyebrow, as you say, "Why is that? You look like a fun kid to be around."
"They said I'm different." The boy muttered.
"Eh, how so? You look just like everyone else." You say.
"Because, my family is of poorer standards, then theirs." He said.
"Yeah, well, I think being different is better." You huff, placing your hands on your hips.
"How so?" The boy asks innocently.
You smile, as you say, "Who do you think was controlling that bear of yours?"
His eyes widen, as he says, "That was you!"
"Yep." You say, giving the boy a large smile.
"That's amazing!" He shouts.
"Now, tell me where the other kids are. I want to have a little chat with them, if you don't mind." You say, as you rub the kid's hair, messing it up in the process.
"It's this way!" He says, as he begins to lead you somewhere.
"Levi, I'm going to be going somewhere for a little bit, okay!?" You shout, as the boy leads you away.
You heard Levi talking, but it was too far away for you to hear anything clearly, and soon enough, you heard rushed footsteps following you.
You turn to see Levi chasing after you.
"Oi brat, don't just go off on your own." He hisses.
You went to say something else, but another child's voice interrupts you.
"I thought we told you to get lost." You turn to see another boy, with a small group of children behind him, ganging up on the poor boy.
"Hey, hey, that's enough now." You say gently, as you step between the two children.
"Now, can you tell me why he can't play with you?" You ask, as you raise an eyebrow.
"Because, he's different." One boy says.
"Oh, and why is that?" You ask.
"My parents say that his parents are too poor to buy anything, and that we shouldn't hang out with him." Another boy says.
"You know, nothing is wrong with being different. I can tell just by looking at you, that everyone here is different, after all, you cannot be all things to all people. Be unique. Be different. Give to others what you want yourself. And do things that you were meant to do." You say smiling, all the kids look at you as you continued.
"So what if his family is a little poor, he's still human, and he still has feelings, and what your doing to him isn't right. Just because your parents say something, that doesn't always mean that they're right, nor does it mean that they are wrong, but you kids, you have your own choices to make. Now, I want you to at least try and play with, that way, you can make your own judgement then."
The group of boys look down, ashamed.
One boy walks up to the kid, and holds his hand out.
"I guess we could let you play with us." He mumbles.
The boy with the bear, smiles widely, as he nods his head.
But, before you turned to leave, the boy tackles your legs, almost causing you to fall.
"Thank you so much, big sis!" He shouts before running back over to the boys.
You smile, before walking over to Levi, who was standing a few feet away.
"Tch, you did all that, so you could get the brats to play nicely." Levi hisses.
You chuckle, as you say, "Maybe so, Captain, but I know the feeling of being alone. It hurts, and I don't want anyone else to feel it, not even my worse enemies."
You see Levi look at you for a few moments, before turning his head to the side, as he says, "Stupid brat."
You laugh, as you and Levi continue to make your way back to the rest of the group.
