"you're obviously lying!"

changbin's yell echoed throughout the long hallway when seungmin arrived.

'another fight?' he thought to himself, noticing that the short male was facing a wall- no, a person, rather.

"i can't tell you anything, i am sorry.." seungmin hears chan's voice, trailing off as though he clearly wants to say something but decided not to and only bit his tongue back.

"we are a family, chan." changbin spat out the word, emphasizing. he lifts up a finger and pointed at himself, "a family trusts each other."

chan didn't answer.

"hyung, why can't you tell us anything?" another voice chimed in, seungmin walked into the scene completely and saw felix looking at chan.

"did jyp say something about losing your job if you say something? losing us, even?" jisung tried to be brave enough to ask, jeongin watched them silently.

"no.." finally, they heard chan speak another word. but it was short-lived, since he turned his head away and averted his gaze from making eye contact with anyone.

"hyung, we have the rights to know about woojin-hyung too. we were a family." seungmin spoke up, making a few heads turn to his direction, finally being noticed.

"i know that.. but-"

"but you're robbing us a chance to have knowledge about what's happening." minho was too straightforward, impatient to know what chan was hiding from them.

"it's because of us."

the silence were broken when chan stated that. the others stared at him, confused. jisung was about to ask what does he mean by that but chan beat him to it.

"it was said that woojin left because of us." shocked, the members looked at him. pain was seen across his face, his lip being bitten harshly while his eyes look really swollen. he had cried about it and no one even knows it. because he felt the need to protect his other members from the pain that was about to break their hearts more.

"woojin doesn't want to be a part of straykids anymore.."
