If time could be replayed

things will remain the same

The excitement that can't be tamed

now subsided with a heavy pain

Growing up made me realize

life is a rugged road, not a smooth miles

Things change and it hit me like a surprise

Some days that meant for smiles

changed into something tearful and demise

As I blow many candles each time

Life takes my smiles that were once mine

I did know that it was a sign

Being old means the lesser we laugh and be fine

If time machine was in my hands

things will scream chaos and haywire

The nostalgia that I can't bear

travelling to the memory of past lands

Riding back to those birthdays that I was burning with fire
