Dear Angel,

I know it has been I while since I have written a letter, but this one should be worth it. I have made up a series of my favorite quotes. Some you may have heard, some...maybe not. A majority of them are from a person named Jared Padalecki. When I say majority of them, I mean all of them.

1-"If you can make a difference for one person, then its worth it."-Jared Padalecki

2-"People who are dealing with depression of addiction or suicidal thoughts or mental illness... They're strong. Because you've been in this fight and you wake up thinking you're going to beat again today."- Jared Padalecki

3-"However you look is just the shell of who you are. It's really nothing really to do with you."-Jared Padalecki

4-"If somebody has cancer, they're not embarrassed to have cancer. They know it's not their fault. But, if someone says they're depressed, they assume that people are going to look at them like they have three heads. Hopefully, this is helping to start a conversation."-Jared Padalecki

5-" There's no shame in having to fight every day. If you're still alive to here these words, or read this interview, then you are winning you're war. You're here."-Jared Padalecki

If you notice, most of these talk about depression. Well that is because both Jared and I have it. But neither of us are going to give up. Like number 5 said. We are winning this fight. So you do not have to worry. But if you ever do feel this way, I hope you have supportive friends. I especially will always be there, but my family and friends are what is really making this bearable.

I'll never leave you, I promise. I love you too much.
