The trees steadily turned orange and yellow. Their leaves slowly fall, decorating the streets with the same. People walked through the streets as usual. And children played with the fallen leaves. The city of Busan was the same, whether it be autumn or monsoon.

It was ten in the morning, and the Jeon household was expecting guests soon. Today was the day when the Kim family would come to see Jungkook.

The Jeons' had sent the proposal first. And though the Kims' had already approved of the wedding, they all wanted to go by the rituals. And both Taehyung and Jungkook had to meet.

Soon enough, a carriage stopped in front of their home. A young man in his mid-20s stepped out of the carriage first, then a middle-aged man and finally a middle-aged woman stepped out of the carriage as well.

Mrs Jeon opened the door for them, welcoming them inside. Once they entered, they shared greetings and were seated on the sofa in the middle of the living room.

As Mr Jeon went to call Jungkook from inside his room upstairs, Mrs Jeon served some tea for their guests.

"Jungkookie? Are you ready, baby?" Mr Jeon asked, knocking on the door.

"Yes, Appa! I will be downstairs in a minute or two. You can go!" Jungkook replied with a slightly raised voice, a smile evident in his voice.

Mr Jeon let out a small airy chuckle and returned down.

_

As Taehyung took occasional sips from his tea, he saw a figure coming down the stairs. He looked up from his cup to see an angel; that was what he would like to describe Jungkook as.

He was awestruck but did not show all his emotions out, he only displayed a small yet warm smile.

Jungkook was the prettiest human he had seen in his life. Ironed white shirt tucked into inky black pants. Small, hoop-like earrings, with a small hanging chain decorating his ear. Lush black hair combed well to either side; the younger boy looked very pretty.

Jungkook was quite in a similar situation; he hadn't expected a greek god as his soon to be fiancé. He quickly went down the stairs and seated himself on one of the chairs after greeting them all.

Elegant and gentlemanly, dressed in a light brown suit with a darker brown tie, Taehyung sure did look handsome.

A big white ring adorned his right index finger with a watch on the same hand. Sharp jawline, piercing hazel eyes and lush black hair slightly curled in the front.

Jungkook snapped out of his thoughts when his mom called him.

"Koo, please show Taehyung your room. And talk for a while," She said with a warm smile.

"Oh! Ok, Eomma." Jungkook said, still dazed in his thoughts. Taehyung was taken aback by the honey-like voice. With the younger boy's looks, a bit raspier voice was expected by him. Either way, he followed the shorter male upstairs.

"This is my room, Taehyung-ssi," Jungkook said with a small smile.

"Oh! I am sorry, I forgot. I am Jeon Jungkook." The said male bowed lightly.

"And I am Kim Taehyung." Taehyung smiled wide as he bowed. His box-like smile full-on display for the younger.

Jungkook giggled at the action. But then it hit him, the voice, a deep, raspy voice- octaves deeper than his. It was deep yet loveable. They continued their conversation. It was awkward at first, but not for long. Soon, they talked as if they had known each other for years.

_

"Did you hear the news about the peanut butter?" Taehyung asked, out of nowhere.

Jungkook looked confused but still decided to reply,

"No. What is it?" He asked with a tilt of his head and an unconscious pout. Taehyung found this one habit of Jungkook cute, tilting his head whenever he didn't know something. He chuckled and said,

"No, I'm not going to tell you. You might spread it." Taehyung laughed at his lame joke.

He stopped laughing and looked at jungkook to see him sitting there with an expressionless face. He pouted, he just wanted to make the younger laugh, but now he has made a fool of himself.

But then, all of a sudden, Jungkook burst out laughing. Head thrown back, upper lip disappearing, and while clapping his hands, he laughed his heart out.

"You know, I am glad that you and I share the same humour." Jungkook giggled.

Taehyung didn't seem to have heard that because he had just witnessed the most endearing sight of his life.

"Jungkook-ah," he started to earn a hum from the said male.

"I do not mind parting ways with my silver and gold just to acquire your priceless smile if it were affordable," Taehyung said with a slight smirk playing on his lips.

"God, Taehyung! You are so cliché!" Jungkook whined with a baby pink plush decorating his cheeks.

"But your blush tells me you liked it, Jungkookie..." Taehyung teased. Jungkook just huffed, too blushy to reply to it.

He was happy. Happy that his fiancé was such a great man with almost all qualities he looked for in a person he would marry. He also thanked his parents for being supportive of him being homosexual in such an orthodox community.

_

"So Jungkookie, did you like Taehyung? Shall we fix the marriage?" His parents asked him after the Kim family left.

Jungkook's cheeks turned crimson red at the thought of marrying Taehyung. His parents were waiting for an answer. He shyly looked down and squeaked out a small yet audible,

"Yes."
