Let us begin with prayer:

(Lord God, we enter Your presence this morning and invite You to fill our hearts and our physical spaces with Your presence. We ask you to sanctify our homes.

We come into Your presence with thankfulness and stand humbled before You. You are our God and brought us safely through the night, us and our loved ones. I thank You for allowing us a new day and that we can start our day with You.)

Psalms 27:1-14

The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? When the wicked, even mine enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, They stumbled and fell. Though an host should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear: Though war should rise against me, in this will I be confident. One thing have I desired of the LORD, that will I seek after; That I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, To behold the beauty of the LORD, and to enquire in his temple. For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion: In the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me; he shall set me up upon a rock. And now shall mine head be lifted up, Above mine enemies round about me: Therefore will I offer in his tabernacle sacrifices of joy; I will sing, yea, I will sing praises unto the LORD. Hear, O LORD, when I cry with my voice: Have mercy also upon me, and answer me. When thou saidst, Seek ye my face; my heart said unto thee, Thy face, LORD, will I seek. Hide not thy face far from me; Put not thy servant away in anger: Thou hast been my help; Leave me not, neither forsake me, O God of my salvation. When my father and my mother forsake me, Then the LORD will take me up. Teach me thy way, O LORD, And lead me in a plain path, because of mine enemies. Deliver me not over unto the will of mine enemies: For false witnesses are risen up against me, and such as breathe out cruelty. I had fainted, Unless I had believed to see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living. Wait on the LORD: Be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD.

Thank you, Lord, that even in the darkest of times, You are our God. But not only in the dark days of life but in the dark days of the soul. The days we are wandering, seeking, lost, hard-hearted and hard-headed. The days we stand on our feelings and not on Your word. When we are blinded by the facts before us and do not trust in You. When we are far from You and turn our backs on you. Thank you, that even then, You are our God, and You will leave the 99 to go in search of us.

Thank you, Lord, for being loyal when we are not. Thank you, Father, for loving us on the days love has withered away in us. Thank you for being with us even when we run to the ends of the earth to get away from ourselves and You. Thank you, our Rock, for being merciful when we feel far from mercy. Thank you, Jehovah Jireh, that You do not give up on us when we want to give up on everything. Thank you, Jesus, that You are our hope and future when we can't even see a glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel.

Thank You, Father, that your Spirit fights for us when we don't even want to lift our heads and all we want is to hide in bed until the world is a better place. Thank you, that You, reach Your hand out to us in our misery, loneliness, rebellion, hopelessness, lack of faith, and sin to lift us out of our circumstances and bring us back to You. Even if it is sometimes kicking and screaming because we get comfortable with our self-pity and anger.

Thank You, Lord, that You are for us even when we are not for ourselves. Thank you, God, for being with us even if we are far from You. Thank you, Lord, that You will cross the sea, vast lands, deserts, and even the depths of hell to save us and that You will do it again and again. Thank you that Your love is great enough to wash away our sins, make us whole, make us new, and give us a new life. A life free of that which wanted to destroy us.

Thank you, that Your love is big enough to shatter the cycle of sin in our lives. Thank you that Your love is big enough to give us heaven when we deserve hell. Thank you that Your love for us is big enough to turn around everything for our good and your glory.

Thank you that the mustard seen faith You planted in us can move mountains and that under Your hand, it can grow into the biggest, strongest tree in the garden.

Matteus 13:31,32

Another parable put He forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is like to a grain of mustard seed, which a man took, and sowed in his field: which indeed is the least of all seeds: but when it is grown, it is the greatest among herbs, and becometh a tree, so that the birds of the air come and lodge in the branches thereof.

I give this day into your hands, lead me Lord. Show me the way I must walk, so I will not stumble and fall. Protect me, keep me, and help me. Protect my loved ones, friends, my chosen family, and my brothers and sisters in faith.

I speak God's blessing over whoever reads this letter. I speak God's blessing over your families, lives, businesses, and dreams. I speak God's peace over you. I speak God's presence over You. I do this in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, the Name above all names.
