You let my light shine, Lord my God. You light up my darkness. Thank you, Jesus, that Your light shines through me and that it drives the darkness away.

I ask for Your will in everything I do because I know Your Holy Spirit will guide me on the right path. Your ways are true, and Your will is good.

I trust in you, God, with all that I am, and help me not to trust in my own understanding. My insights led me to darkness, but You brought me back to the light.

You determine the path of those who please You, Lord. Let my life please You, Lord. Determine my path, Jesus. Your love and mercy is enough, Lord, for every day, and more than enough.

Lord, You know the plans You have for me, to prosper me and not to harm me. Thank You, God, that it is your intention for me to have hope and a future. Thank you, God, that what You planned for me was written before the foundations of the earth were laid down. I thank you, Lord, for hope and a future.

By knowing You, Lord, the One True God, through Christ Jesus, we are saved and have life eternal. Thank you, God, that I am Your child. That You called me by my Name, and that I belonged to You since before time began. Thank you, Jesus, for revealing your nature to me a little more every day. Let those seeds fall on fertile ground, let Your words be written on my heart, and let Your love fill my heart. In Jesus' Mighty Name, amen.
