To my certain someone,

Tonight, I plan to stay up late and review.

I know it won’t be easy, but I’ll push through.

I miss you.

If you were here, I think it wouldn’t feel so lonely or boring.

You’d probably make everything feel a bit lighter and easier, just by being around.

To be honest, though, I’d probably get distracted. I’d end up wanting to lie down with you instead of focusing on my work.

But since you’re not here, I’ll try my best to stay positive and stick to my plan.

I’ll do everything I can not to give in and curl up with your blankets and pillows instead of my notes.
