To my certain someone,

I woke up late today, and it wasn’t a great start to my morning. 

I’m not very good at writing long stories about how my day went, so I’ll keep it brief and simple.

Everything happened as usual.

I got ready for school, and I made sure to eat my meals on time, so please don’t be upset with me. I completed all my homework, and I even took the time to double-check my answers before I handed in my paper. During lunch, I went to Old Ding to grab a bite to eat, and after my night study session, I headed straight back to the dorm. 

Sirui and Tianyang tried to strike up a conversation with me, and I gave them a small smile so they wouldn’t worry about how I was feeling. I appreciate their concern, even when I’m not feeling my best. 

That’s about it for today. I’ll write again tomorrow.
