Unfortunately, I was right—I woke up today with a full-blown cold.

My head is pounding, my throat feels sore, and my entire body aches.

Even moving around feels like such an effort. It’s so frustrating to feel this way, especially since I had so many things I wanted to do today.

Shi Yu and Tianyang noticed how bad I looked this morning. They were so kind—they went out and got some porridge for me to eat. I think they could tell that I wasn’t in any condition to cook or take care of myself.

Their thoughtfulness really touched me, and I’m grateful to have them around when I need help.
