14. | MILKSHAKES AND SMALL TALK.

   THE GROUP SAT DOWN AT POPS. Jughead, Scarlett, Olivia and Brielle sit on one side, Valencia and Jughead's friends sit across them. A well known man walks towards the table. His smile lit up when he saw his favorite customers with their new friends. He tried to remember Scarlett and her friends, but he didn't recognize them.

"What can it be?" Pop asks friendly.

The kids turn their heads toward him. "My fave milkshake and hamburger for everyone." Jugheads answers as he returns a kind smile.

"Noted." Pop says. He walks back to the kitchen.

"I'm so in love with this place!" Olivia states with a happy face.

Scarlett chuckles, "This looks exactly like your house." She remarks playfully.

"That's true." Valencia nods agreeable.

   Olivia places her head on her hand, "nope. My house is less beautiful and more calm and peaceful."

"I guess your house is retro and vintage." Veronica smiles.

"No, it is really modern, white and clean. But my own room is vintage though." Olivia laughs.

   Pop Tate comes back with eight milkshakes and hamburgers, "here you are!"

"Thanks Pop!" Jughead gives him some extra money.

Pop smiles, "thanks Juggy." Then he walks back to the kitchen.

Everyone starts eating and drinking, "o my god, I love this!" Scarlett says as she drinks the strawberry milkshake.

"Scar? I have a present for you." Jughead grabs something out of his bag.

"For me? You shouldn't have, but I have one for you too." She searches in her own bag.

Jughead gives a little cognac leather book, "it's a diary, because you always write me about your day, but you can put that in a diary too, so you can remember it anytime you want."

The corners of her mouth quirk up, "thank you so much, it is beautiful."

"And for you a Sherlock Holmes book, because you kinda are a detective." She adds.

Jughead looks happier than ever, "they are my favorite books."

"Can you guys read each other's mind or something?" Archie asks.

"Maybe they had a feeling that they must buy something for the other." Brielle says.

Valencia smiles, "you guys are adorable." She squeals happily.
