Kakashi took the letter that was addressed to him, reading it briefly.

Dear Kakashi,

I wish we could repair the wounds created years ago. But sadly... this will never happen. I know you can never forgive me, and I don't ask for forgiveness. I ask that you find happiness again.

"I have found happiness. I've seen my former students reach their destinies, and I couldn't be prouder" Kakashi said, looking at Naruto and Sasuke.

Kimiko pulled two more letters out of the box, noticing one of them was for her.

"Looks like one of these is for Naruto and the other is for me" she said, handing Naruto his letter.
