Third Person POV

Sasuke started to tear up, reading the lines over and over again. It was the only real memory he had left of his brother.

"I forgive him....not that it really matters now" he said, wiping his eyes.

"What matters is that he apologized. You have grown up well, and I know he would be proud" Kakashi replies.

Kimiko opens the second letter, and saw that it was.....her handwriting.

To my family,

When I left Konoha, I was running from the torture our mother put me through. I never intended to abandon you, and I hope one day we can reunite once more on better terms.

"I forgot I wrote this....wow." I say, setting the letter on the table.

"You got your wish, Kimiko. You were able to reunite with your family" Naruto states.
