Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to inform you that I received the goods which I ordered from your company. However, I feel I must complain about the Home Theatre System because it was nothing like the one you advertised.

First, in your advert you claim that it comes with the receiver but in fact, it is a different model – S24T276 – The last year model.

Second. Unfortunately, the device is not full when I received only three speakers, not five like you said in your advertisement. Moreover, when I tried to change the channel, I found out the remote was not in the package. I feel very unpleasant because I must approach to put the button on my television.

To make the matter worse, I am so disappointed when the powered subwoofer was not working. This is a big problem. I can’t imagine how I will watch movies or sing karaoke without hearing sound.

To resolve the problem, I would appreciate your money refunded as soon as you receive my letter or replace me a well-made product of your company.
