Everyone had left the Avengers tower. Everyone that is except for Y/N, Tony and Pepper.

Pepper Potts was unamused with Tony. As he had -For the fourth time in a row- forgot their anniversary.

Y/N was in her office working on paperwork, when who should come in but The Iron Man himself.

"Y/N did I do something?" Tony asked miserably. Sitting across from Y/N at her desk.

"Why do you ask Tony?" Y/N said confusedly. Moving her paperwork aside.

"I just got back with Pepper and now she is mad at me...Please you have to help me out." Tony begged. Concern etched on his face.

"Alright Fine. What have you done recently that she would be mad about?" Coaxed Y/N.

"Well Monday I 'accidentally' stabbed Banner with a wrench. Thursday I broke a vase in the living room (Long story short run away jet-pack.) And today she just seemed to be looking at me funny." Tony mused.

"Really Tony, you are a grown man. Just ask her!" Y/N implored.

"I tried, but now she's giving me the cold shoulder!" Tony said, exasperated. "Women are so difficult!"

"Hold on! She is giving you the cold shoulder?"Y/N exclaimed.

"Yeah, so what?" Tony puzzled.

"That's girl talk for you forgetting something." Y/N explained.

"What?! I can't have It's not her birthday." Tony stated.

"An Anniversary?" Y/N suggested.

"Jarvis?" Tony addressed the ceiling.

"Yes sir?" The robotic system replied.

"Is it Pepper and my anniversary today?"

"I cant tell you sir"

"Why not?"

"She told me not to, Sir."

"Oh! It must be then, thanks Y/N! You too J.A.R.V.I.S." He yelled running out of the room.

About an hour later Y/N went downstairs to get some lunch.

"You are the WORST BOYFRIEND EVER!" Pepper screamed slamming the door. Y/N paused on the stairs and looked at Tony who had a toothpick sticking out of his arm.

"Tony! What did you say?" Y/N snickered.

"I asked what the big deal was." Tony stated.

"Oh Tony! You didn't!" Y/N gasped.

"I was just talking to her!" He yelled.

"No Tony, you were inciting her to stab you with a toothpick" Y/N giggled.
