Nate was currently in another country -Costa Rica- taking pictures of the beautiful scenery, he was commissioned to take pictures of the famouse Monteverde Cloud Forest for a 'top 10' magazine, Nate didn't complain since he always wanted to go to Costa Rica and admire the scenery... but his friends however were very reluctant to let him go, it was because that a few months ago... Nate was taken to another world and was gone for 5 or 6 days... and when he returned he was beaten and bloodied, so ever since that day his family and friends refused to let him out of their sights, but luckily for him he is VERY convincing and managed to convince his family to let him go.

"Wow... it's more beautiful than in the travel brochure... oh wow I gotta go back here with Sera and the others." Nate said as he continued his treck up the mountain.

Time skip

Nate was taking pictures left and right, he took pictures of trees, animals, flowers, the mountains and the sky, truely this place was very beautiful.

It has been almost 3 hours and Nate was currently sitting on a fallen log while eating the sandwich he bought from a local sandwich shop at the foot of the mountain, he was eating happily while admiring the nature around him when suddenly... he heard a voice... it was calling to him.

'Please... come with me... please come this way.' The voice said.

Suddenly a blue wisp suddenly appeared infront of Nate.

"... Oh no... please... PLEAAAAASSSEEE not again." Nate pleaded remembering that the last time he followed a mysterious floating fire he almost got himself killed.

But despite remembering his near death experience he still begrudgingly stood up and followed the wisp.

"I swear if you take me to another old wooden torii that leads to nowhere I'm gonna yeet you in a pond." Nate said as he talked to the flame.

Nate followed the wisp wherever it went, Nate pushed around some bushes and brances, swung from vine to vine, waln atop some tall trees and climb a small mountain.

Then finally after a long treck through the forrest the wisp... vanished, thinking that the place he was being led to was close Nate walked straight ahead brushing off some more branches and bushes... until finally... FINALLY... he reached... another Torii that leads to nowhere.

"... GOD FRICKIN' DAMN IT!" Nate yelled as he looked at the wooden structure.

"Nope! Nope! Nope! Uh-uh no! Heeeeeck no! I ain't going... Nope nu-uh! Nate out PEACE!" Nate said as he began walking back the way he came.

However Nate could'nt dismiss the call he heard earlier, it didn't sound like the one who was calling for him was in any danger... it just sounded like... she was a bit lonely is all.

"CURSE MY GOOD MORALS AND MY REFUSAL TO LEAVE SOMEONE WHO IS SUFFERING ALONE!" Nate yelled as he turned back around and began marching towards the Torii.

Nate then got close to the Torii and saw that it was unlike the first one he was sucked into, this one looked old... very old, it had vines and mold on it and some birds nests were on too of it.

Nate carefully walked towards the wooden gateway and examined it.

"Ok so how do I activate you, do I say a magic word, do I need to perform a magic spell, do I need to wait for a god/goddess or another divine being, do I need to dance baby shark or ganganam style, or maybe yodel or sing phantom of the opera or dance some fortinite damce memes or something?" Nate said as he walked around the Torii.

After about 5 minutes Nate began to notice that maybe this 'Gateway' was just a normal Torii that was left here and was never torn down, maybe it wasn't a gateway after all which Nate was happy about.

"Wooooo~ I guess it's just a normal torii, oh thank the starts I actually thought that I was gonna be taken to another woOOORLD~!" Nate said but before he can finish his sentence a blue portal appeared beneath him as he fell down.

Somewhere

Nate then appeared out of nowhere with a loud thud as he fell on his ass.

"Ow ow ow... my left cheek... ohhh gonna feel that in the morning." Nate said as he stood up and rubbed his backside.

Nate then began looking around and saw the beautiful scenery, he was in the middle of a paved circle that has 3 branching roads, one on the left, one of the righ, and one in the middle, there were also giant statues with some having blue crystals and some having red crystals, the entire place was also surrounded by a lush forest.

"Wow." Nate smiled as he took out his camera -which was thankfully still there in his bag- and began taking pictures.

He then turned around and saw a giant wall behind him and a stone knight holding a sword and a shield at the middle, the wall was covered with plants from top to bottom.

"WOW THIS IS AMAZING I HAVE TO TAKE A PICTURE!" Nate said loudly.

"Could you stop yelling you white haired idiot." A voice from beside Nate said.

"Wait... I know that voice!" Nate said with a smile as he turned around and saw a boy a bit younger than him with black hair and red eyes as he held a beautiful lance.

"AEGON!" Nate yelled as he ran towards the boy to hive him a hug, but his hug was returned by Aegon punching him in the gut.

"Guhhhh... y-you still have'nt changed... your still a Tsundere." Nate said as he held his stomach.

"Shut up you moron." Aegon sad with a slight smile.

Nate was now recovering from Aegons punch, he and Aegon then began looking around.

"Do you have any idea where we are?" Aegon asked.

"Not even a clue, I was just in a mountain in Costa Rica when this wisp appeared out of nowhere, so I followed it, the next thing I knew I fell into a portal and fell here, how about you." Nate responded.

"Same as last time, I was in my office when I fell into the same portal." Aegon replied.

"Weird... but I don't sense any hostility in the air, and this place looks so gorgeous... I don't see any danger anywhere." Nate said.

Suddenly another blue portal appeared and out came a man with black hair steely eyes, he wore a black and neon green ninja suite as he held on to a golden flaming blade.

"CARL!?" Nate said shocked to see his friend here.

Carl looked up and saw both Nate and the one who he fought along side of all those weeks ago.

"Nate and ugghh... Ahegao was it?" Carl asked confused.

"It's Aegon you black haired moron."
Aegon said with a ticl mark on his head.

"What did you call me you brat!?" Carl said with an angry smile.

"Woah woah woah lets take it easy there fellas, remember were all in this mess together so please don't fight." Nate said running the the middle to defuse the situation.

"Tch." Aegon said as he pierced his weapons on the ground.

"Fine." Carl said as he made his sword vanish into this air.

"-sigh of relief- Thank goodness." Nate said with relief as he was able to stop his 2 friends from killing each other.

"So where the heck is this place and how do we get back?" Carl asked as he looked around.

"Like Nate and I discussed earlier, we do not know where we are." Aegon said picking his lance up.

"Is this world in any danger at all?" Carl asked.

"Nope." Nate said as he continued taking pictures.

"Not that I'm aware of." Aegon said as he continued looking around.

Suddenly Carl felt a disturbance in the air, he looked up and saw another blue portal that was right above him, Carl managed to roll out of the way just in the nick of time.

Suddenly a white haired man with wolf like ears fell out of the portal, he had a red katana on his back and 2 purple guns were strapped on his waist, he then opened his eyes to see that there are 3 other people looking at him.

"Uhhh... hey there." The guy said.

"Ummm... hello... and you are?" Carl asked.

"You know it's generally rude to ask someone who they are without introducing yourself first." The guy said being cautious of them all.

"Well we asked the question first so you better answer." Aegon said as he pointed his weapon at the new guy.

The wolf boy took this as a sign of hostility and grabbed the handles of both his guns, Nate saw this and sprang into action.

"H-HEY PLEASE CALM DOWN! We're sorry for being rude, it's just that we were all dragged here against our will, so were a bit on edge... wel these two are, I'm having fun taking pictures, oh my name is Nate McGarden by the way, and how about you or should I just call you Wolfie?" Nate asked with a smile.

"Yeah I don't think so, my name is Kenji Kaslana, glad to see that at least someone here is a bit more reasonable." Kenji said.

"Ehehe don't worry those two are not as bad as they make you believe they are -whispers in Kenji's ear- both of them are just hopeless romantics." Nate said with a smile.

"I heard that kid." Carl said.

"Don't make me stab you, you idiot." Aegon said.

"I see... well who are those two anyway?" Kenji asked.

"Well that one with the lance is Aegon, he's my friend, and the one wearing a ninja outfit is Carl, he is also my friend." Nate said with a smile.

"I told you a million times already we are NOT friends, not in any way, shape or form." Aegon said.

"He's a bit of a Tsundere." Nate whispered.

However unlucky for him Aegon heared what he said and began attacking Nate with his lance which Nate masterfully dodges.

"WOAH! HEY! WATCH IT!" Nate yelled as he dodged Aegon's strikes.

"Stop dodging you idiot and let me kill you!" Aegon said angrily.

However before Aegon can Kebab Nate a portal appeared out of nowhere, Nate and Aegon stopped their playing and looked at the portal.

Suddenly a man wearing metal armour came out of the portal, he had a giant sword in his back along with a curved dagger, a red cape and a red cloth that covered his face but let his piercing blue eyes shown, but his most noticeable feature was his pointy metal hat also the fact that HE WAS FRICKING SO HUGE!

He then looked below and looked straight at Nate, being A LOT shorter than the man and him being a bit intimidating Nate hurriedly ran behind Carl, when he knew that he was covered Nate poked his head out in an adorable way.

"What are you a cute anime girl?" Carl asked.

"Shut up, he just looks hella scary though." Nate said as he regathered his composure and walked towards the giant man.

"Ummm... h-hi... uhhh... my name is... N-Nate... ummm... a-and you are?" Nate asked.

The ofher three then readied their weapons in case this new man wanted to start a fight.

"I'm Grey, Grey Ashnex, also why are you all so cautious, I promise I am not a bad guy." The man now named as Grey said as he calmed the situation down.

"W-Well y-you just look... a bit intimidating... specially when you have your face covered like that." Nate said sounding less nervous.

"... God dammit I did it again, sorry this is how we Abyss watchers wear it during battle, and its kinda become a habit now." Grey said as he took off his face covering to reveal a handsome man with white hair and blue eyes.

"Really another one with white hair, HEY WHO EVER BROUGHT US HERE YOU KNOW THAT THERE ARE OTHER HAIR COLOURS BESIDES WHITE AND BLACK RIGHT!?" Carl yelled to no one in particular.

"Well it's very nice to meet you Grey, my name is Nate McGarden, the one that yelled is my friend Carl Shadeheart, the one who was trying to kebab me earlier is Aegon Ilrc, and the one with the wolf ears is Kenji Kaslana." Mate said as he introduced them to the newcomer.

"The pleasure is mine, my name is Grey Ashnex or Abyss Watchers: Farron's undead legion." He said as he gave a short boy.

"And us as well, say Grey I know your knew here so can we ask... do you know where we are?" Mate asked as the others listed.

"This place looks like the summoners rift." Grey said.

"I knew this place looked a bit familiar." Aegon said from behind.

"You know what this summoners rift is Aegon?" Nate asked.

"Yeah, I've heard about if from my father, he told me that it was being managed by 'The institute of War' to resolve political issues by pitting warriors against each other." Aegon said.

"If you knew that before hand why didn't you say anything?" Carl said slightly annoyed.

"Because I wasn't sure if this was actually it, I haven't been inducted in the institute yet so I wouldn't know, you barbaric ninja wannabe." Aegon said as he lazily looked at Carl.

"Why you-" Carl was about to attack but was stopped by a giant sword being embedded on the floor infront of them.

He looked to his side and saw Grey in a throwing position.

"Stop that, this isn't the time nor the place for you two to squabble, we are a team and we should act as such." Grey said.

"A team?" Carl asked confused.

"In the rift warriors are split into 2 groups of 5... and I guess we are that 5." Aegon said.

"Wow your really knowledgable about this." Kenji said.

"I just repeated what my father and uncle told me." Aegon said apathetic about the complements.

"Your father and uncle must be very knowledgeable, may I ask who may they be?" Grey asked.

"My uncle is Draven the executioner and my father is Darius the hand of Noxus." Aegon said.

"I met them once, they look like ok guys." Nate said.

"...Darius... and Draven... well... I didn't expect that." Grey said.

"You shouldn't, after all we are from different worlds." Carl said.

"Wait... what did you say?" Grey asked.

"Yeah we are from different worlds, Aegon is from a place called Runeterra, while Carl and I are form a place called Earth where Magic and technology goes hand in hand, Kenji is also from another world... I think." Nate said.

"Yup, I'm from a different version of Earth, I know because I have NEVER scene Nate in my world." Kenji stated.

"Then I guess I am from a different version of Runeterra... because Darius doesn't have a son." Grey said.

"Make sense, father never said anything about an undead warrior like you before." Aegon said.

"Ok now that we figured out where we are and who each of us are, it's time to ask the most serious question..." Nate said in a serious tone, everyone then waited, anticipating what was Nate gonna say.

"Who wants lunch?" Nate said as he smiled and took out a plastic bag filled with sandwiches.

Grey just looked at the smiling white haired boy with a wrly smile, Carl and Kenji fell down Anime style while Aegon just face palmed.

"What? Why is everyone acting so weired?" Nate asked.

"Dude this is no time for sandwiches." Kenji said.

"But there is always time for some sandwiches." Nate replied with a toothy smile.

"Gimme that!" Aegon said as he grabbed the plastic bag and yeeted it into the forrest.

"NOOOOO MY SANDWICHES!" Nate yelled as he was about to chase his sandwiches but he was stopped by a magic barrier.

"Owie." Nate said.

"Are you ok kid?" Carl asked.

"Yeah." Nate replied as Carl helped him us.

Nate then walked towards the barrier and knocked on it 3 times.

"A barrier?" Nate questioned.

"Yeah, it prevents champions from leaving their area before the enemy arrives." Grey informed.

"So how do we get out of this barrier, and the better question is... how do we return to our worlds?" Carl asked.

"Hmmm... if this world works the same as the one in the institute then we can get past the barrier when the other team arrives." Grey said.

"And, how do we get back?" Aegon asked.

"By making sure that we finish the battle." Grey said.

"Finish? Don't you mean win?" Nate asked.

"No, because in the 'Summoners Rift' we can get out even if we loose, besides we don't actually die here, if this place works the same as the one in the institute then we will not feel pain, so ne free to be as reckless as you want." Grey informed.

"Ok thats good to know... so how long will we wait until out opponents come here?" Nate asked.

Suddenly a giant beam of light appeared on the other side of the area, and out came 5 other people or... warriors, one was a giant rock monster with glowing green eyes, one was a giant bird made of ice, the other was a centaur wearing armour, the other one was a rat holding a crossbow, and the other one was a small furry creature wearing a green hat and red goggles.

"I guess they are here." Grey said.

"So whats the plan?" Carl asked as he summoned his sword.

"You guys like having fun?" Grey asked.

"Yeah." Nate replied now in his Rabbit armour.

"Then go and have as much fun as you wish." Grey said with a smile.

"I guess this will be a good time to release some pent up frustration from a certain uncle." Aegon said as he masterfully weilded his lance.

"Yeah, I can use some good ol fashion carnage." Kenji said with a smile as he took out his guns.

"Well... lets get to it friends." Grey said as he did a salute which Nate copied curiously.

Grey didn't mind it and chuckled thinking that Nate was like an adorable child.

The enemy team them scattered throughout the map as well as their team.

Grey went to the jungle -probably to take out Teemo early- Carl went to the left, Nate and Kenji went to the middle, and Aegon also went alone to the right.

"""""LET THE BATTLE START!""""" All 5 other worlders yelled with smiles on their faces.
