This was an idea that I had been toying with for years. No pun intended on the toying part. I think I might have flirted with wanting to write this maybe one or two years ago? It was a simple one. What if Garrett had been there during the events to A Sunset's Last Sunset and took Raphael's place in saving Sunset? And he used a phony pseudonym to fool everyone and not arouse suspicion? CharaDemonChild liked it, and after months of dinking around, I decided to finally get to it. Now just like After The Last Sunset, this is a vision of a possible alternate timeline. Except this time, it isn't Garrett experiencing this vision, it's Raphael and Sunset's son Nova. I originally wanted Nova to be the one who saw the events to After The Last Sunset, but having Garrett experience the vision felt more appropriate. For this sequel, I went with the idea that I had originally abandoned. Thankfully Claire approved. As for the title, it's a reference to the song of the same name heard in the musical Hair. It sounded like an appropriate title. I should also point out one more thing. This will be narrated in the third person point of view. And very special thanks to Claire for drawing this cover of Garrett and Sunset.

Isn't it just wholesome? It's the sibling reunion Sunset deserves, like something out of An American Tail. I mean, I guess it spoils the ending, but who cares?
