Decide and Decided

They both dream.

They both wish.

Now that they remember.

There's no hiding the truth.

They know they don't belong.

But they still wish.

They could.

Snowflake questions.

As her awakener explains.

Blizzard denies.

As his nuisance pleads.

They're both torn from right...

and wrong.

They must decide.

His nuisance is not convincing.

He plugs up his ears.

Refuses to wake.

Refuses to leave Jill.

He denies.

And leaves, not knowing...

his deadly fate.

Her awakener...

tells her the tradegy.

Compelled to save his life.

She awakes.

In hope that she could...

beat the clock.

As she races to save...

Blizzard's eternity.

"J-Jack..." I asked as I stepped away from him, the taste of him still on my lips. The memories and images flashed through my head, remembering who I was and who I am. Then I remembered what had happen the past few days. Me not having powers, mother and father alive, Anna and Hans, me not remembering Jack and that's when my mind went from calm to panicked.

"Jack! What's happening, what's going on! W-where am I?! Anna is with Hans! Mother and father are alive! I can't use my pow-" I asked frantically.

"Elsa! calm down! I need you to listen to me," he said grabbing my shoulders making me looked at him.

"Elsa..." he paused, making sure that I was listening. "I am not Jack Frost," he continued with a sigh.

My eyebrow rose in disbelief as my arms crossed over my chest. "Jack are you drunk?"

"What?...no I'm not drunk!" He protested.

"he's drunk."

"Elsa, I need you to listen to me...carefully. Can you do that?" He asked shaking my shoulders, I nodded. He slowly dropped his arms to his sides, clearing his throat. To explain what needed to be heard.

"None of this is real," he said his eyes becoming dark as his voice became stern.

"Your under a spell, you're living a dream."

"Wait...are you saying...that I'm sleeping?" I asked frozen.

"Yes Elsa. You and Jack are both trapped in this spell. A spell that makes you live out your most desired dream or wish. A spell that makes you sleep through reality as you stay trap in this perfect world."

"So when I dreamnt about not having powers-"

"The spell made you lived it," he said cutting me off.

"W-who did this to me, to us?" I asked my eyes frantic with fear and confusion.

"Pitch, he did it to buy time."

"Buy time for what?" my voice coated with fear. A voice that sounded like a faint or a hushed whisper.

He shook his head, his face filled with sorrow. "That's what we would like to know."

My eyes widen when he said the word "we". "We? Who's...we?"

He smiled at me. A soft luminescent light began to emerge and surround him, his hair moving like he was in the water. His face, his eyes, and his smile all seemed like they belong to an angel, as if he stole it from the holy being.

* Jack's P.O.V *

"I have no form or no name. For I am you," she spoke as she glimmered and shined. Her smile as angelic as ever.

"What do you mean you're me?" I asked confused, giving her a look.

"I'm your mind, your conscious, your imagination, your right and wrong. I am you. I took this form because we knew that she can convince you."

"Convince me? Convince me to do what?"

"To leave, to wake up," she said grabbing my shoulders. "Don't you see, you don't belong here, this isn't you."

"But Jill is here, I have a family again and more importantly...I'm not alone." Rage began to fill my body as I stepped away from Elsa. Not wanting her to touch me.

"Jack...you were never alone."

"For 100 years I was alone, I couldn't be seen or heard. I was alone and always alone! Do you want me to leave this, do you want me to be alone again! For us to be alone again!" I snapped, my hands becoming fist as my voice became dark and threatening.

"Jack-"

"No, I don't want to hear it!" I put my hand up in front of her, stopping her speech.

"I'm done, I'm going back to Jill, my family and I don't want to see you anymore. You're...you're only a nuisance!" I yelled turning my back on her. I began to walk away, wanting to run from reality, from my mind, from my nuisance.

"If you leave are you willing..." Her voice became dark and threatening. I could feel her sharp, infuriated eyes piercing into my back. I stopped at hearing her sharp tone, like a needle that had just puncture a balloon, ready to pop it.

"Am I willing to do what?" I barked.

"Are you willing to leave Elsa?"

My eyes widen as a shock of recollection pierced through me. Images and memories flashed through my head like an old movie player or a slide show that played pictures. My heart pounded rapidly at hearing her voice, seeing her eyes, her smile, her lips, her. I loved her and she was all I cared about. She was my sun, my moon, my earth, my light, my angel, my everything.

So when I told my conscious, "I don't need her, she's nothing but a girl. I can always find another." I didn't know what I was thinking. I didn't know if it was the spells influence on me or just the anger that had over come my senses. But I did know that those words were not my true feelings, not my true thoughts and my conscious knew that. I walked away not looking back at her and she sighed.

"You silly boy. When will you learn that what you have is what you need."

Then she burst into a million white butterflies. Leaving me alone on that white snowy day, on the day when the world went silent. On the day when Jill turns twelve.

❄ Elsa's P.O.V ❄

"I don't want to go back. Please don't make me go, don't let me become a monster. Not again," I begged him.

He looked at me his eyes solemn as his face was filled with sorrow. "Elsa...I'm sorry, but you need to go back."

"Why? Why do I need to go back! I'm happy here, I can be normal here. Why would-"

"Because if you don't Jack will die!"

I froze, my eyes becoming wide as my jaw dropped. I felt dizzy and sick. I felt like someone had just punched my stomach. Making it ache as the air in my body escaped me, making it hard to breath, to speak. A knot formed in my throat and in my chest, twisted it in every direction. I wanted to grab onto something, but all I grabbed was a handful of air as I fell into the wet snow, my knees becoming cold to the touch. My hands clutched my stomach as the fear that overcame me made me sick. I looked up at my "conscious" as he looked down on me with eyes that belonged to Jack. Eyes that could see my very soul.

"Jack......will......die," I said, my lower lip trembling.

"But he can't die! He's immortal!" I raged with denial.

"This spell makes you live out your most desired wish or dream. Jack wished he never became a guardian and the only way for that to happen is..."

"Manny won't save him from drowning," I gasped.

"Exactly," his eyes became narrow as he spit out the word.

"But...what about his conscious? Isn't it-"

"She failed in trying to convince him. The spell has taken over his mind and his judgement. He is to blind sighted with his family and dear sister that he does not want to go back to reality."

I looked to the ground, into the snow not able to look at his eyes no more. Not able to look into eyes that looked like Jack's, eyes that weren't his at all.

"Elsa, you the only one who can save Jack. If you don't he will die and I know you don't want that to happen."

It was silent, not a sound or word was uttered. No one had moved as I sat there, wondering what I should do. What I should say. Then images of Jack flashed through my head like permanent pictures stored in my mind. Memories played like a old movie or CD that I remembered from when I was a child. Then I knew, I knew what I had to do.

I looked back up at my conscious with determination in my eyes. A smile tugged at the corner of his lips as his eyes gleamed. He was pleased.

"What do I have to do."

He smiled, "That's my girl."

❄ Jack's P.O.V ❄

"Come on Jack, let's go!" She whined from the door with her little white ice skates in her hand.

"I'm coming, just give me a minute," I yelled from the kitchen. Wanting to say goodbye to my mother and father.

I turned around and looked at my mother, who was in the middle of washing the dishes. We had just celebrated Jill's birthday and I was going to take her ice skating. She always wanted to go ice skating, even when she was a little girl. So on her 12th birthday I decided to take her skating, even though I might not know much myself.

"Bye mom," I said kissing her cheek.

I turned to my father, "bye dad," I kissed his cheek as well.

"Bye son," He yelled as I walked over to Jill, who was eagerly shaking to get out the door.

"Take care of her Jack and I want you coming home one piece," my mother yelled.

"I will, don't worry," I said. Wanting to reassure my mother's nervous and we walked out the door. Jill ran in front of me, her little body hyper with joy and excitement as she runs with a smile on her face.

"Come on Jack! We're burning daylight!"

"Coming!"

And we entered into the fallen snow forest.

❄ Pitch's P.O.V ❄

"We had a deal!" She screamed as she burst through my bedroom door. I looked at her, she was pissed and infuriated, her heels clomping on the floor in rage as she walked. Her eyes were narrow with hate as her lips scowled sourly.

"We had a deal Pitch Black and I-"

"Uh, what are you blabbering about now!" I yelled annoyed. Cutting off her endless complaining as she now stood in front of me.

"Jack! We agreed that if I help you, I can have him. Well, I can't have him if he's dead!" She screamed, her hands becoming fist at her side.

"What the bloody hell are you talking about!"

"The spell! The spell is going to kill him!"

"What?" I froze, my eyes becoming wide. Her face became dumbfounded as she heard the urgency in my voice.

"Wait...you didn't know?" She asked.

"No, of course I didn't know!" I yelled at her.

"How was I suppose to know his wish was to die," I yelled as I ran passed her. Wanting to get to the room with the iron globe, with the images of Jack and Elsa. I ran frantically in the halls wanting to stop Jack's death, if I could.

The double doors that lead to the room slammed open as I stepped through. My black sand began to swirl around the room, beginning to do it's work. She followed me into the room, panting and out of breath as she gasped for air. I walked into the room, my eyes on Jack and Elsa as I tried to catch my own breath.

"C-can you break the spell," she asked.

My eyes scanned over their faces, analyzing their state of mind. My yellow eyes blazed brightly as my sand swirled around the room, around the images of Jack and Elsa, around me.

"Give me a minute. I need to see how deep they're in," I said as my arms extended, beckoning my sand to me. The sand swirled around my hands as moved them in front of me, then my hands closed into fist, the sand soon collecting in them. I flicked my hands down, showing my plans to the ground as the sand extended under them, forming a dark keyboard and I began to type.

"What are you doing?" My partner asked.

"I'm seeing...if I can get in," I told her. My fingers moving more rapidly and swiftly across the keyboard. I started to break walls, barriers, locks, into their mind, getting closer and closer to what I needed to see. Images of them flashed through my head as I unlocked the last few doors that lead to their mind. I was getting closer and closer to my goal, closer and closer to what I needed, but as I had just unlocked the second to last wall. Something or someone shocked me, sending me back out of their mind and back into my own. I flinched as the surge of my soul back into my body compelled me, locking all the doors in their mind again. I fell to my knees, weak and exhausted, unable to stand. You would think that going into two other people's mind would be easy, trust me...it's not.

"What happened?" She asked as she looked frantically between the image of Jack and me.

I was breathing hard, it felt like someone had just kicked the wind out of me. I was gasping for air in between each word a spoke. "I...*pant* I couldn't get in."

"What does that mean?" She questioned.

"It means...I can't break the spell."

"What!"

I positioned myself as I fell back onto my butt. I looked up, my eyes staring at the two people I mostly cared about......and mostly envied.

"Something is protecting their minds from my reach. Elsa......from what I could tell, she has almost broken the spell. But...Jack......"

I looked down, my teeth clenched as my hands became fist of hopelessness. "Jack......I can't even find him. I can't even feel him, he has gone only deeper into the spell."

"Can...can you do anything. Anything at all," she pleaded.

"Don't you think I've already tried. If I could do anything to save them, I would!" I yelled as I snapped my head at her. She looked at me, wide eyed, shock and interest beginning to fill her face. I looked away, feeling like I had just slipped one of my biggest secrets and...I did. I almost told the biggest secret of all.

"I...I......I would." I said looking away, my eyes averted to the ground.

"I would do anything to make sure that...their safe." My head slowly raised to their images, my eyes peeking at their sleeping faces. So peaceful, so beautiful, so angelic, but on the inside I know. I know that one will die and the other will have to leave to save them. I had wreaked havoc on their minds, playing with their senses, feelings, lives and I'm sorry of that. But...I had no choice......I never had a choice!

"What do we do now?" She asked, snapping me out of my thinking.

I stood up, my hands still in fist as the draped from my shoulders. My legs straight as they were covered with the black pants I wore. My muscles tense with my black shirt as I wanted to punch something. My yellow eyes blazed through my black bangs as my jaw tightened wanting to scream.

"We can't do anything...so we will do nothing. Nothing...but hope and pray," I told her and she fell silent as we stared upon the two faces we loved most.

Please, Elsa. Save him......Save Jack Frost!

❄ Elsa's P.O.V ❄

"Alright Elsa, close your eyes," he said as he stood in front of me.

"W-what are you going to do?"

"I'm going to help you wake up, then you're going to wake up Jack in the real world."

"But how do I wake him up?"

"The same way you would wake up any person."

"Oh...I see."

"Ready?" He asked, taking another step towards me. Closing the distance between us.

"Wait, how much time will I have left before-"

"Before he drowns?" He finished and I nodded.

"Not much. By the time you wake up, the ice will already begin to crack under Jill's feet."

"Oh..." I said nervous and afraid.

"Now," he grabbed my face in his hands, sending chills down my body.

"Are you ready to wake up?" I nodded.

"Good, now close your eyes." He whispered and I did what I was told. I cold feel him get closer to me. I flinched when our noses touched, his hot breath making my lips tingle.

"Time to wake up, Snowflake. Time to save your Blizzard," he whispered and he pressed his lips against mine.

❄ Narrator ❄

It was silent as the rays of the sun cast in her room. Maids and servants sat, laid, stood by her side. Her limp body...still...silent...lifeless as if her soul wasn't there at all. What they didn't know, was that it wasn't. Her soul had left her body, living in her own little dream, her perfect world. Anna...sat next to her sister's body, her hand placed on her sister's cold hand. She was hoping, praying, wanting her sister to wake up, to smile, to laugh.

She sighed and stood up, walking out the door. The servants and maids followed her, like lost puppies in the rain. Taking one last look at the sleeping queen that laid before them, the sleeping beauty. Then close the door, making a click as the door snapped shut.

It was silent again and now she was alone. For a fraction of a moment, for a fraction of a minute it was silent then like a snap of a finger, there was life, sound. Her eyes popped open as she had made the journey from her dream back into her body. With the memory stuck in her mind about what she must do, who she must save, and who she must wake.

"Jack," she whispered faintly but urgently.

"Jack!" She said more awake and agile. She hopped out of her bed and ran out the door, slamming it against the wall. Making give out a loud bang like thunder or a beaten drum and she ran. She ran with urgency, not wanting to waste a minute, not wanting to lose this race.

Not wanting to lose this race......of time.
