I wanna talk about 10 of the most forgettable Pokemon in existence. Like honestly I forgot that half of these Pokemon existed up until I began going through a collective list of every Pokemon in existence. While some of them are forgettable to me, or even VERY memorable to me, I'm pointing out the most forgotten Pokemon overall be it they're forgettable or not many people are aware they even exist due to the difficulty of obtaining them.

1. Indeedee

I honestly forgot this Pokemon even existed until I began to play Sword & Shield again. I know it's supposed to be the new Pokemon Center caretaker Pokemon like Chansey & Audino but this thing is not only a boring design but it's a single stage Pokemon that doesn't even do fairly in battles. The only thing going for Indeedee is how it has a gender difference.

2. Carracosta & Tortuga

I'm considering this line of Pokemon as one and normally fossil pokemon play a really big deal/are tend to be overhyped but there's a reason Carracosta and Tortuga hasn't made a comeback to Pokemon games since Black & White. Technically they're in the Sword & Shield DLC but still. They went 10+ years without coming back to a Pokemon game. They're boring. It's literally a turtle. I know we have turtle pokemon all over the place but these aren't remotely interesting & don't do well in fights either. Whose idea was it to give us rock water types anyways?

3. Blipbug

This design IS OVERUSED!!! We don't need anymore worm or caterpillar Pokemon!There's nothing going for Blipbug except for its eyes. Heck, I nearly put the entire Blipbug line on this update but Blipbug in general is forgettable. At least Orbeetle is semi-cool as it's dots glow up & it has a Gigantamax form. It's the most forgotten beginning of game bug type to ever exist!!!

4. Passimian

To be technical, kind of like Jynx, Pokemon WANTS to forget this Pokemon as an episode on the Pokemon anime featured Passimian but the episode was banned & didn't air in most countries due to the episode being considered racist. Although Passimian is in Sword & Shield, it's hard to come by! It's got a boring design too & nobody uses this thing in battle.

5. Binacle

Did we really need a barnacle Pokemon? In X & Y, I went the entire game not knowing this thing existed up until the Water Elite 4 used a Barbaracle, the evolution of Binacle. You won't even come across a Binacle in Kalos unless you go around beaches smashing boulders! Literally no one goes around breaking rocks unless they're in your way!!! Even then, this line doesn't even look like Pokemon!!! It looks like you took a 5 year Olds drawing and turned it into a Pokemon. It's too busy & it's face is too cartoonish.

6. Illumise & Volbeat

I put these two Pokemon together because they're a pair. They're firefly pokemon introduced in Ruby, Sapphire & Emerald/Hoenn. Honestly, I think this pair of Pokemon would do better if it was one Pokemon but with Gender differences like Illumise is the female while Volbeat is male. I could be wrong but I don't think Volbeat & Illumise have been featured in any Pokemon game (that isn't a remake) in 10+ years. They're boring & clearly nobody likes these Pokemon or else the company would've brought them back. It's like Pokemon wants to forget these two ever existed.

7. Galarian Stunfisk

I know that Pokemon gave Stunfisk a regional form because Unovan Stunfisk was already REALLY forgettable as it was but this new makeover for Stunfisk does not work... Unlike Unovan Stunfisk where it's stupid design is memorable, I completely forgot that Galarian Stunfisk existed up until my recent playthrough of Sword. The bear trap inspiration is genius but not executed correctly.

8. Keldeo, Meloetta & Genesect

Unless you watched the Pokemon anime back when Black & White was airing, you most likely don't know who either of these three Pokemon are. Furthermore, Keldeo & Genesect were exclusive only to the Pokemon movies. Even further, these three were event exclusive Pokemon within Black & White. I didn't even know who any of these three were until I hooked up an Action Replay (cheatcodes) up to my copy of Black and modded the Pokemon onto my team. So yeah, you most likely don't know who any of these guys are unless you watched the anime.

9. Enamorus

Our most recently added Pokemon, currently exclusive to Pokemon Legends Arceus, it's actually REALLY difficult to get the mission/event to find Enamorus to even trigger. You first have to recieve the mission to capture Landorus, Tornadus & Thunderus from Cogita, just for her to furthermore make you complete their Pokedex entrees. Capturing the weather genie trio ISNT easy by the way!!! Not only do they spawn in rare weather conditions but it's very hard to capture them since they can easily make you Black out, they're really fast AND they have a protective shield that prevents capture. However, if you managed to conquer the weather trio, Cogita tasks you with capturing Enamorus: the forgotten & now extinct member of the Weather Legendaries. So not only have very few Legends Arceus players managed to capture Enamorus, it's design isn't one to write home about.

10. Hoopa

Once again another anime exclusive Pokemon. Hoopa is the featured Pokemon of the movie Hoopa & the Clash of Ages. Not only is this movie regarded one of the worst Pokemon movies in existence, the only way to get Hoopa as a Pokemon in your copy of X & Y was if you purchased a Happy Meal from McDonald's in 2015 or saw the movie in theaters... I didn't even know this Pokemon existed until my Pokemon obsessed friend mentioned Hoopa to me back in 2015 & gloated about getting his hands on one.
