It's no secret that there's ALOT of Pokemon out there who are boring or feel incomplete as a single stage/un-evolving Pokemon. Sometimes they need a pre-evolution, Or maybe, a Pokemon evolves once but it needs a middle stage or else it just feels off.

Today I'm going over some Pokemon who 100% NEED an evolution (or pre-evolution) of some sort.

1. Luvdisc

I legitimately thought Luvdisc had an evolution till about a year ago... Luvdisc and Alomomola look as if they're evolutions of one another when in reality they're completely separate unevolving Pokemon. Luvdisc is a laughing stock in the community as it is from how weak it is to how it lacks an evolution and it's just weird it doesn't realistically have an evolution. Luvdisc desperately needs an evolution.

2. Shuckle

Shuckle is okay, but we all firmly thought Shuckle had an evolution cause, once again, it just doesn't feel right otherwise and there's reasons why nobody ever uses it. The only thing going for Shuckle is its god-tier defense stats. Giving Shuckle an evolution could make this Pokemon feel more desirable.

3. Duralodon

Duralodon, on its own, is a fine Pokemon. I firmly believe it doesn't need an evolution but rather a pre-evolution. I've noticed most of the fanbase is at an agreement, Duralodon needs something and that something is a pre-evolution. Otherwise, Duralodon just feels weird.

4. Indeedee

Indeedee is an odd Pokemon. They're Psychic Type Pokemon with big gender differences. They remind me of the Espurr line where the Pokemon got drastically different appearances upon evolution based on their gender. I thought they were gonna take Indeedee and give it the Espurr/Meowstick treatment but nope... Something just doesn't feel right about Indeedee, like it's missing SOMETHING. One look at it and I genuinely thought Indeedee could evolve, mainly due to how incomplete it looks otherwise. It looks like a first or middle stage Pokemon on its own.

5. Eevee

I don't need to explain this one. We've ALL been wanting another Eeveelution for 10+ years now. Sylveon is NOT the last Eeveelution we should get. Bare minimum, we need a Steel type Eeveelution.

6. Scovillain

I've mentioned it once on here and I'm saying it again. This Pokemon feels incomplete. I've noticed majority of the fanbase is at an agreement that Scovillain could 100% benefit from getting a second/final evolution. Something like making it a hydra/giving it a third head would go MILES in its favor. Make it into a Grass-Dragon Type in this evolution as well since it already looks like a dragon. Scovillain just feels weird as a two stage Pokemon.

7. Drudigon

Something has never felt quite right about it. Something feels missing. When Black and White came out 10+ years ago, my 8 year old mind firmly thought Druddigon could evolve BUT it doesn't. On its own, Druddigon feels so bland. Druddigon NEEDS an evolution or pre-evolution. Not quite sure what exactly it needs, but an evolution of some sort feels necessary.

8. Rockruff

Rockruff feels 100% perfect as of right now BUT I won't deny I think it'd be awesome if Rockruff got a new evolution or two based on other cycles of the moon. We have an evolution for the day called Midday Lycanroc, an evolution for the sunset called Dusk Lycanroc and an evolution for the night called Midnight Lycanroc. What if Rockruff got a new evolution for a lunar eclipse, a sunrise/dawn or a New Moon? The games and anime put it out there that Dusk form Lycanroc is a newly discovered form of Lycanroc and highly suggests that there could be other forms of Lycanroc we as the fanbase and in game haven't discovered yet.

9. Bramblegast

I mainly just want Bramblegast to be redesigned, but Bramblegast straight up just doesn't look like an evolution to Bramblin. We either need a 3rd Stage to Bramblin or a complete redesign of Bramblegast.

10. Klefki

Many people enjoy Klefki for what it is, others not so much. I WISH Klefki had an evolution as on its own feels weird and it doesn't feel right. Klefki needs an evolution, end of Story. It's evolution could be a lock and Klefki is the key that unlocks it. Or the evolution could quite simply be Klefi becoming one giant key kind of like in cartoons where they give a character the 'key to the city' and its a comedically large basic key. OR Pokemon can take inspiration from a 'Skeleton Key' which is another term for a master key.
