Today's update will rank the Grass Starters 1st stage from worst to best based on how much I personally enjoy them. Once again I'm gonna try and refrain from ranking them according to battle prowess as well as their evolutions.

This ranking doesn't mean I hate the Pokemon per say, it just means I like them more or less than other Pokémon. It's not the correct list, it's just my list.

9. Grookey

Literally never cared for Grookey and probably never will. It's one of the most forgettable Starters to ever exist.

8. Chespin

Once again, never really cared for Chespin. He's cute though. There's a reason why the fanbase feels that Chespin is one of the most forgettable Pokemon to exist. It doesn't do anything special let alone its design doesn't stand out.

7. Treeko

I absolutely love Sceptile, it's one of my all time favorite Pokemon. But I'm not ranking the Starters based on their evolutions. I personally don't care for Treeko. I won't deny that it's one of the coolest starter Pokemon out there though.

6. Chikorita

Unlike the last few starters, I actually somewhat like Chikorita. It's really cute! Still don't exactly care for it, but it's one of the cuter Pokemon out there.

5. Snivy

I chose Snivy initially when Black & White came out. Snivy is an edge lord and that's A OK😂 I like Snivy cause she's cool can't have a better reasoning than that. Whenever I play Pokepark, I'm almost always traveling as Snivy.

4. Turtwig

Not entirely sure why I like Turtwig, it just has that special place in my heart. I've always liked Torterra and that you can't go wrong with a Turtle pokemon. In Pokemon Ranger Shadows of Almia, I rarely went about the game without my trusty Turtwig.

3. Rowlet

I've always loved Owls. When Sun & Moon was announced, I initially had my heart set on Rowlet before the final evolutions were revealed and I quickly realized I wasn't a fan of Decidueye. Either way, still fond of Rowlet and that it's Shiny is nice. I especially love Ash's sleepy Rowlet in the anime. He was such a mood!

2. Sprigatito

When I first set my eyes upon Sprigatito within the first announcement of Scarlet & Violet, I IMMEDIATELY had my heart set on Sprigatito. Even after the unveiling of Sprigatito's evolutions, I stayed strong with this grass kitty. Sprigatito is just too adorable and it stands out amongst the rest of the cat Pokemon especially well. While Sprigatito isn't exactly my favorite out of all the starter Pokemon, it's definitely one of my favorite out of the grass Starters.

1. Bulbasaur

Bulbasaur is one of my all time favorite Pokemon. Heck, it might even be my all time favorite. I didn't initially like Bulbasaur BUT within the last few years Bulbasaur had made its mark on me. I just love him!!! He's cute and there's so much merchandise of Bulbsaur out there thanks to how Bulbasaur is one of the OG Pokemon. I'm especially in love with fanarts of Bulbsaur depicting this cure Frog within different seasons. Who doesn't love fall Bulbasaur?
