I'm sorry, kept forgetting to post it...

Final part Everyone!!! The Top 9 are here!!! This was so fun to do and I hope you had fun too.

9. Alcremie

At first, I didn't like Gigantamax Alcremie. Considering that Gigantamax Alcremie was the first Gigantamax Pokemon that Pokemon decided to introduce the fanbase to within the trailers and promos before Sword & Shield was released, they chose the wrong Pokemon to introduce the Gigantamax gimmick. HOWEVER I have grown to love this form due to the sheer amount of details. Alcremie's Gigantamax Form turns this cute whipped sugar Pokemon into a tiered cake with Alrcemie at the top much like a cake topper. On each tier of this cake, you get a different decoration or 'sweet' that you can find in game in order to get different forms of Alcremie. (Cause there's 50+ forms of Alcremie...) It's adorable and I cannot imagine Alcremie any differently.

8. Snorlax

Did Snorlax need ANOTHER form? No... But I like it. The idea that a Snorlax is so large and sleeps so soundly to the point that nature grew on and around Snorlax is a cool and well interpreted concept. Before this ranking, I honestly forgot about Snorlax BUT the more I thought about it the more I didn't even realize I loved it. The only concerning part about this form was that in the Journeys anime, Ash & Goh rushed to get a sleeping Gigantamax Snorlax off of train tracks. Their solution was to feed Snorlax a fruit off of the tree that grew upon its stomach. It's weird to me okay... I KNOW that the tree is organic BUT technically the tree wasn't there before Snorlax Gigantamaxed. Therefore, I'd question IF you can eat from its tree. And if you do, would the fruit you just ate disappear once Snorlax is no longer in this form? Or could I just casually go fruit picking if Snorlax was to G-Max?

7. Grimmsnarl

No comment besides I think it's awesome looking. No complaints either. In fact, I like Gigantamax Grimmsnarl more than I do Grimmsnarl's original form. Even it's shiny is kick ass!

6. Kingler

Although I don't exactly like the bubble beard, I can get behind it. I love Gmax Kingler because it went from your run of the mill red crab to becoming a spider crab! Plus, the bubble beard actually makes sense as crabs blow bubbles for a wide variety of reasons. Mainly when they shed their shell, but I love the real life accuracy that Pokemon gave to GMax Kingler.

4. Butterfree

I'm actually in love with Gigantamax Butterfree. Honestly, it's not a big difference from regular Butterfree, but I really like it. How it's wings are much larger, are a nice shade of green/teal and almost pixelated looking. I'm in love! Also, I often throw distaste at the Kanto Region/Original 151 Pokemon because the company gives this region too much representation HOWEVER It was done right this time. Normally beginning of game bug types are useful for just a little while only to get thrown into the PC and never to be seen again due to how weak they are. Giving Butterfree a new form justifies keeping it on your team longer or better yet permanently. The perfect way to breathe new life into an otherwise forgotten & nearly useless Pokemon.

4. Sandaconda

Another entry where I don't have much to say. I've always loved Gigantamax Sandaconda. The play on the fact that a snake can coil itself and to take said fact and make a snake coiling turn into a sandstorm is genius. Not a fan of Sandaconda outside of battle, but this form takes the cake.

3. Lapras

Lapras' shell actually has a new purpose!!! It's like a boom box or arc reactor of sorts and the fact that Lapras can change the atmosphere too. The music staff swirling around Lapras was what did me over. It's so cute and I unconditionally love this thing!!!

2. Gengar

Perfection!!! I know I said Alcremie's Gigantamax Form was perfect but I really mean it with Gengar. I genuinely thought that Pokemon couldn't do anything else with Gengar and I got slapped in the face hard! I don't even like Gengar but this form gives me a reason. The idea that Gengar's mouth is an endless abyss of Darkness and death is perfection. End of Story.

1. Toxtricity

This, this is the reason I got Sword & Shield in the first place. I believe leaks were going around before the release of this game teasing Gigantamax Toxtricity. I fell in love!!! And it wasn't until MONTHS after release that Toxtricity's Gigantamax form was finally available to the public. I spent HOURS and thousands of Watts buying wish pieces in order to make Gigantamax Toxtricity spawn in game cause I wanted one of my own more than anything. Toxtricity, for whatever reason, went from a biped to a quadruped and for once I'm not complaining as it works. It's tail looks like a powerful conductor for electricity. I love how this form merges both forms of Toxtricity into one with perfection on top of the fact that this thing can spawn and attack with an electrical guitar!!! They did a musical Pokemon perfectly and this form just makes it even better. Sadly the only way to get Gigantamax Toxtricity now is if you give your Toxtricity Max Soup/Through the Isle of Armor DLC but let me tell you, it's worth it!!!
