There are 32, technically 33, Gigantamax forms in total and I'm here to rank them all. I'll split this into 3 updates. About 10 Pokemon per update since Wattpad has a picture limit. My ranking is insanely biased as I may really like a gigantamax form while you might actually hate it. So fair warning, I might trigger some of you.

32. Flapple & Appletun

I actually REALLY enjoy this Gigantamax form!!! Why is it ranked so low? Why do Flapple & Appletun share a Gigantamax form? That's why I rank it as the worst. This just tells me that Pokemon got lazy. I think this form is perfect for Appletun but I was expecting Flapple to get a form that makes it into a giant menacing Wyrm.

31. Hatterene

It doesn't change... I mean it does but not noticeably. When I first fought Gigantamax Hatterene, I didn't even realized it was the Gigantamax form. The only key difference is that the hand arm thingy on its head is no longer an arm but rather its now three ponytails/tentacle things.

30. Eevee

Why? Why does Eevee need more neck fluff? All, or most other Gigantamax forms make the Pokemon in question more battle capable but this just seems like more of an annoyance to the Eevee in question than anything. Gigantamax Eevee was an event Pokemon so this just tells me that Pokemon gave Eevee a Gigantamax form just for the heck of it at this point.

29. Pikachu

The same argument as Eevee except I like the history behind Pikachu's Gigantamax form. Pikachu got a Gigantamax form during the same event as Eevee. Admittedly, I don't like this form BUT the design of Gigantamax Pikachu came from Pikachu's history in the games over the last 25 years. OG Pikachu from the anime & games used to be much 'chunkier' as Pikachu's design has been updated and 'slimmed down' over the years. This Gigantamax Form was a nice Nostalgia trip as it revisits Pikachu's origins by making it chunky once more.

28. Single Strike Urshifu

It's genuinely doesn't change... The only difference being Urshifu's eyes are now illuminated and much more menacing. It's a small but impactful detail that I do enjoy but it's definitely not my favorite Gigantamax form.

27. Machamp

Not much changes but I can get behind it. Machamp's Gigantamax form involves its hands turning orange & it's now wearing pants. I really don't get why it's wearing pants but I'll roll with it.

26. Copperajah

It is noticeably different but I just don't understand it. If you ask me, having Copperajah have a trunk bigger than it's body would make it unbalanced. Also, why is it geometric? I don't like this form but I'll give it points for looking different than normal Copperajah

25. Drednaw

Why is it on its hind legs? Also the neck folds!!! I am in the middle on this form. It looks badass I'll admit but there's some design choices that have me scratching my head. Honestly, it would've been better if Drednaw remained a quadruped in its Gigantamax form cause as of this point it feels like a Blastoise wanna be.

24. Blastoise

Well since Blastoise was mentioned, why not place it here? All the cannons on its back, it reminds me of a battle ship or fortress. It's cool but doesn't make sense, to me at least... it's weapons are on its back AND it can't see behind itself. Blastoise no longer has front facing water cannons meaning it has to battle with its back turned AND blind. Yeah, the design team really missed the functionality in this design. Again it's cool but isn't functional.

23. Meowth

I don't care for this design but I'll like it to some degree. Gigantamax Meowth reminds me of those Chinese lucky cat statues which I think is a nice inspiration for Meowth. Of course, giving a Pokemon that can evolve a Gigantamax form isn't the smartest because unless Meowth Gigantamaxes, it's practically useless in battle due to the fact that it's evolution, Persian, is much stronger.

22. Corviknight

I love Corviknight but it's Gigantamax form is lackluster. Corviknight is an almost evil looking raven wearing armor. It reminds me of a black knight! You'd think they'd take this knight concept further in its Gigantamax form but nope. Instead, Corviknight barely changes. Corviknight's feathers can glow & it can command an army of feather/paper crane like drones to attack. It's cool don't get me wrong!!! Especially since it has DRONES. It heavily reminds me of Hawks from My Hero Academia. So yeah, I think Gigantamax Corviknight is awesome but at the same time it's design is barely changed & should've went another direction entirely.
