Yup, another part to Pokemon who need an evolution. It can be an evolution or pre-evolution.

1. Comfey

Although nobody agrees that Comfey needs an evolution, more it's just nobody cares about this thing enough to want an evolution, but I feel Comfey deserves some justice. When the Smoliv family came out in Scarlet & Violet, they immediately reminded me of Comfey and just how much Comfey could benefit from an evolution. It feels almost wrong that Smoliv got a phenomenal fitting evolution line while Comfey remains a single stage unevolving Pokemon.

2. Drampa

Sticking with the Alola Region, it's feels weird that Drampa doesn't have a pre-evolution. Are we all just supposed to think that ALL Drampas are really old and wise? They're the grandpa Pokemon. I think, bare minimum, Drampa needs a younger pre-evolution to show that Drampa becomes a grampa through age and that they weren't born old, cause that don't make sense.

3. Kangaskhan

Many people make the mistake of thinking Kangaskhan has a pre-evolution because Kangaskhan has a baby in its belly pouch. Never do we ever see they baby grow up and nowhere in the games or anime is the baby Kangaskhan actually referred to as a pre-evolution. Kangaskhan and it's baby are considered the same Pokemon. Baby Kangaskhan should in reality be a pre-evolution.

4. Revavroom

I'm supposed to believe that the Starmobile is supposed to be powered by ONE Revavroom? Yeah right... It doesn't feel right that Revavroom doesnt have at least one more evolution and the pokemon on its own, not connected to the Starmobile, feels almost naked! I feel Revavroom could 100% benefit with an evolution of some sort like make it into a monster truck or semi or something.

5. Literally Any Pikachu Clone

There's 10+ Pikachu clones over the years and I hate to say it, they need to evolve. The only Pikachu clone that CAN evolve is Pawmi. Pachirishu & Dedenne in particular need an evolution.

6. Combee

I get that female Combee can evolve into Vespiquen BUT I feel that male Combees need an evolution. Bee colonies are extraordinary as they have a power system/classes of bees such as Workers, Drones and Queens. The Queens reproduce/keep the population up, Workers produce honey for the colony while Drones leave the nest to collect pollen/are also the soldiers that keep hives safe from potential invaders. I feel that Combee should receive an evolution based on Drone bees. Y'know, a soldier bee! This evolution could trigger in male Combees if they have a particular ability or item, much like how only Own Tempo Rockruffs could evolve into Dusk Lycanroc or only Bisharps who have the item the Leader's Crest could evolve into Kingambit.

7. Dunsparce

Yes, Dunsparce has an evolution called Dundunsparce introduced in Scarlet & Violet BUT we all like to act as if it doesn't exist cause Pokemon trolled it's entire fanbase. What if Dunsparce was longer? Yeah Pokemon, thanks for tricking us... I feel like Dunsparce deserves a proper evolution be it a branched evolution or an evolution to Dundunsparce.

8. Gourgeist

Maybe it's just me, Gourgeist feels complete on its own but all at the same time I can definitely see it with another evolution. Another evolution for Gourgeist could have it become a fire type or look withered/decayed like a jack o' lantern that's been sitting outside for a little too long. Or... And I can't believe I'm saying this, but Pokemon could go the 'waifu' route and make Gourgeist look feminine/become a Pumpkin Queen. Either way, I feel Gourgeist could benefit from another evolution but it isn't necessary.

9. Altaria

Altaria is another one of those Pokemon that's completely alright on its own BUT another evolution could make or break it. I've never understood how Altaria is a Dragon Type. It looks like a fluffy bird, that's it. Nothing Dragon like about it. A third evolution that would make Altaria deserving of its Dragon typing feels almost necessary.

10. Lapras

Lapras is perfect on its own YET majority of the fanbase firmly believes Lapras needs an evolution. I wholeheartedly disagree, since there's a reason why Lapras is endangered in the Pokemon universe, but let's give the fanbase what it wants. If Lapras were to get a new evolution, I feel it would benefit most from a pre-evolution rather than an actual evolution since Lapras has a Gigantamax form (which already tells us that Lapras will most likely never recieve an evolution) much like a baby Kangaskhan, it's very common we see baby Lapras in the anime so what if Lapras actually had a Pre-evolution instead?
