Today, I'm going over fanarts of Eevee IF Eevee were to receive more evolutions for every single type. It's been nearly 10 years since the last time we've gotten a new Eeveelution and MANY speculate we're never going to get another Eeveelution if we haven't gotten one yet. We have 8 Eeveelutions so far and that's a pretty rounded off number afteral.

So today, I looked at MANY fanarts and picked out the most possible to happen Eeveelutions for the remaining types Eevee doesn't have yet. I didn't pick out these fanarts cause I like them per say, but rather they just seem the most possible to happen considering the art style of the Pokemon universe.

Most Eeveelutions have a few things in common:
1. They have large eyes that change color depending on their evolution
2. All Eeveelutions STILL represent Eevee in some way/They still look somewhat canine/vulpine
3. All Eeveelutions have the same proportions/body parts: rounded feet, long tail, long pointed ears, long yet slim limbs.

Alright, here are Eeveelution Fan arts that are the most likely to happen as well as how an Eevee would become said Eeveelution.

1. Steel Type

Many speculate that if Pokemon were to make another Eeveelution, it'd be a Steel type since normally we get new Eeveelutions in pairs such as Espeon and Umbreon as well as Leafeon & Glaceon. Each new pair of Eeveelutions normally are weak/strong against the other hence why Espeon was a Psychic Type and Umbreon was a Dark type. Therefore, Sylveon SHOULD HAVE debuted with other Eeveelution it is weak or strong against, that's why Steel Type was the most speculated next Eeveelution as Steel is strong against Fairy. This fanart above seemed to be the most widely liked Steel Type Eeveelution due to just how cool and well designed it is and I agree. Guardeon is EXACTLY how I'd picture a Steel Type Eeveelution AND it looks like I'd find it in the Pokemon universe. It's simple, it's effective, and it perfectly fits in with the Eevee family. How would Eevee become a Steel type? I'd imagine Eevee would evolve the same way Onix and Scyther does: A Steel Coat. Give Onix a Steel Coat and it evolves into a Steelix. Give Scyther a Steel Coat and it becomes a Scizor.

2. Bug Type

This is the Bug Type Eeveelution and it's not what I firmly believe Eevee would wind up as if it had a Bug evolution, but it has the right idea. The main designer of Pokemon, Ken Sugimori, has teased that IF he were to make a new Eeveelution, Bug type is next on the list. No further details on the matter unfortunately. And also, most Bug Eeveelution depictions go WAY too overboard and no longer even look like an Eeveelution, so this one pictured above had to work as it seems the most plausible on top of it still looks like Eevee. Me personally, if Eevee were to get a Bug evolution, it'd take a more moth inspiration as Moths have furry collars, large adorable eyes like an Eevee as well as large furry antennae similar to Eevee's ears. In fact, there is a type of moth called the Fox Moth that'd be PERFECT inspiration for an Eeveelution considering that Eevee is a fox. So why this fanart above? It still looks like an Eevee AND I wouldn't be surprised if Pokemon were to make a Bee-Mammal hybrid sometime in the future.
How would Eevee evolve into a Bug Type?
I'd imagine Pokemon would create a new item you can only obtain from Vespiquen called the Royal Jelly. Royal Jelly is often depicted in TV shows that when a bee consumes Royal Jelly, they become a Queen Bee. When Eevee consumes/is exposed to Royal Jelly, it'll evolve into a Bug Type.

3. Fighting Type

Most fighting type Eeveelutions go way too overboard or it doesnt fit the Pokemon art style (as in the design is too busy, too dark/looks too much like a Digimon) but this one pictured above is the most perfect one I've seen to date. It has all the features of Eevee from its eyes, Paws, ears and bodily proportions as well as how it genuinely looks as though it belongs in the Eevee family. You can tell this thing has fighting spirit and the red headband often seen to represent numerous fighting styles is present and not distracting unlike some other fighting types out there.
How would Eevee become a fighting type?
I feel Eevee would become a fighting type the same way a Steenee becomes a Tsareena: You teach it the move Stomp. Stomp is a gateway move for MANY Pokemon before they begin to learn Fighting Type moves. Therefore, Eevee would need to learn the move stomp and level up with high friendship.

4. Dragon Type

I had a hard time picking out a Dragon Type Eeveelution as I firmly believe if Eevee were to recieve a Dragon evolution, it wouldn't have wings. In fact, I firmly believe no Eeveelutions will ever recieve wings. I won't deny, this fanart of a Dragon Eeveelution is probably the most outlandish BUT it's what I think is the most plausible for the typing. It looks as though it came from the Eevee family AND it doesn't have wings. Drakes are wingless dragons, so the wingless design and Drakeon name fits perfectly.
How would an Eevee become a Dragon Type? I would give Eevee a Razor Fang, much like a Gligar, to trigger its evolution.

5. Flying Type

While I do think this design is a bit too busy, I feel it's the most likely to happen for a Flying Eeveelution. I think you guys remember from the previous entry that I stress I would never see an Eeveelution with wings so that causes issues for a Flying Type. So instead of giving Eevee wings, make it so it's EARS become wings. From Greek and Norse Figures wearing helmets with wings on them to headbands with feathers on them, having an Eeveelution where it's ears are wings makes perfect sense from multiple views.
How would an Eevee become a Flying Type?
This is a tricky question but I feel Eevee would become a Flying type if it was leveled up with high friendship while holding a feather item. There's 5+ Feather items in the games that drop after fighting bird Pokemon or found lying around the landscape such as the Pretty Feather, Genius Feather, Swift Feather, etc.

6. Ground Type

Surprisingly, there's not many Ground Eeveelution fanart out there so I had to make due with what I had available. This fanart of a Ground Eeveelution looks like it belongs in the Eevee family all the while representing the Ground typing well enough to convey that it is a Ground type. While I'm not fond of the design as a whole, I especially love the tail. I feel it's perfect although I feel it could instead be a drill kind of like Excadrill or Experiment 529 from the Lilo and Stitch universe who uses its drill tail to rapidly dig holes.
How would Eevee become a Ground Type?
I feel Eevee would become a Ground type if taught the move Dig OR Its leveled up with high friendship while knowing the move Sand Attack (Sand Attack IS in fact one of the first moves it learns)

7. Rock Type

Surprisingly enough, THIS is what I imagined a Rock Eeveelution would be as a child and it was enlightening to know someone else made this picture above. Clearly, this take on a Rock Eeveelution takes inspiration from Glaceon as it has a Rock headress and rock ribbons/bangs or whatever you want to call it. What stands out to me in particular is the Rock tail it has!!!
How would Eevee become a Rock Type?
This is where the Rock Tail in the design above comes into play. Eevee would become a Rock Type when given a Lagging Tail, an item obtainable from an Onix.

8. Poison Type

Yes, I know this is just a Male Nidoran merged with an Eevee BUT it works! Most Poison Eeveelution depictions have Eevee taking on a WAY too uncharacteristic design for the Pokemon universe in general. This however, you can tell this is a Poison type wether you knew it was meant to look like a Nidoran or not. It's simplistic and the small spikes make a lasting effect.
How would Eevee become a Poison Type?
You'll have to make your Eevee suffer... Give your Eevee a Poison Orb(A Poison Orb poisons the user) and it'll have to successfully survive AND win 20 Battles since for some reason Pokemon likes to make Pokemon win or use moves 20 Times in order to trigger evolution. Basically, Eevee has to win battles while at a horrible disadvantage due to poisoning.

9. Ghost Type

Our last and final Eeveelution on the list is our Ghost type. Most Ghost Eeveelution depictions make Eevee look too much like a Houndoom or looks WAY too dark as in, it's a walking Corpse. I wanted a Ghost Eeveelution that still looks like Eevee and that it didn't die. Basically, I still want somewhat of a Happy and not suffering Eeveelution. This fanart above makes it so Eevee took a design inspiration from shadows and wisps. Wisps or blue/purple flames are often see as ghosts of the afterlife. This Eeveelution doesn't look like a living Corpse and you can tell it's still a happy being. Like I'd happily hug this thing!!!
How would Eevee become a Ghost type?
Teach Eevee the move Lick(Ghost) and level it up with high friendship at night. Eevee, as of now, cannot learn the move Lick BUT It wouldn't be hard/unbelievable if Eevee could learn Lick especially if bred and learned the move from its parents.

Which Fanart would you like to see happen most?

For me, I really would like to see a Steel or Ghost type happen.
