'Allo governors, Jaden here. Now, I recently watched the Pokemon Direct and I am really excited for this generation. Those speculations of the next Pokemon Region being based on the UK was CORRECT. Now, anyone who doesn't know about the UK that much might not see how it resembles this country. But I do, and I can tell you the details from what is shown in the trailer. In the first town you see, it looks like the standard rural villages with the hills, flowers, tall yellow plants and thatched rooves on houses. Also, in those parts, it is common to see people wear something plaid and have their collars folded up, just like the male player. And the big city looking area, that looks kind of reminiscent to London during the Industrial Revolution with the train bridge, the triple chimneys and the factory machines being shown. Also, football (soccer) is a well known sport in the UK and the scene where the player walks in the stadium in a football outfit looks pretty close to what I've seen on TV. And lastly, the Galar Region map looks exactly like mainland UK, also known as Great Britain, upside down. Personally, I love this new region and it makes me happy that they chose such a wonderful country. What is your opinion on this new region? Please leave it in the comments below.
