Writer's POV :-

"Acha ab ye batao tumhare hosh me aane ke bad kya hua (alright now tell me what happened after you regain your consciousness)?" Diksha asked breaking their eye-lock.

"Hmm" Aakarsh again closed his eyes made his head comfortable on her lap.

"Aakarsh..?" She slightly shook his shoulders encouraging him to speak further.

"Hmm" he again hummed.

Diksha was now getting annoyed with this and he was trying to suppress his laughter; hiding the smile which was about to appear on his lips he can clearly sense her irritation.

"Bolo ge....(will you speak up)?" She said in an irritated voice.

"Hmm" he was trying hard to hide the escaping smile.

"Errgghhhh.... you're pissing me off, now!"

His lips curved into a beautiful smile as he couldn't contain his laughter anymore. She was admiring his expressions and features; the beautiful voice of his laughter.

How adorable! The only thought came to her mind while admiring him.

"Ho gya has liye ab bolo ge ki main jaun..(are you done laughing, now, will you speak up or shall I leave)?" She said pushing him slightly off her lap, faking anger.

"Arey baba bata raha hoon...gussa kyun ho rahi ho....(ohh, of course I'm telling why are you getting angry)?" He asked keeping his head in its previous place. She glared him, huffing in annoyance.

"Uske baad jab mujhe hosh aaya to maine dekha ki Mumma, Papa, Badi Maa, Bade papa aur police officers sab present the hall me aur Stuti ek corner me ro rahi thi...mujhe kuch samjh nahi aaya ho kya raha tha tabhi Neel bhai be bola 'tune ye kyun kiya Krish?' (after regaining my consciousness, I saw Mumma-Papa, Badi Maa-Bade Papa and police officers were present in the hall and Stuti was crying by the side of bed on which I found myself....I didn't get what's happening when suddenly Neel bhai said 'why did you do this Krish?')"

"I got confused.. aakhir maine kiya kya tha ki sab mujhe itni hatred se dekh rahe the, sabse important baat main bed pe aisi halat me kaise tha (what did I do that everyone was looking at me with such a hatred, the most important thing was how I was in such a condition on the bed)?" Aakarsh was sharing his painful memory with her.

"Aisi halat matlb (such a condition means)? Aur hall me bed (and a bed in the hall)?" Her curiosity was on peak now.

"Haan actually we were lazy enough to go back and forth; room to kitchen. So we had arranged a temporary bed in the hall itself. And about the condition...ummm...I was half naked, lying on the bed. There were several nail marks on my chest and shoulders." He explained the every scene of those loathsome memories.

"I couldn't recall a single thing except holding her hands and here things were looking extremely complicated. Then I asked Neel bhai what's happening but in return he gave me a disgusted look. And opened the camera to show me."

"But there was some lighting issues that day na...then how come all this recording thing happened?" Diksha was now all confused.

"Haan.... tabhi to maine pehle bola ki camera me mera confession aur uske screams record hue the (yes... that's why I said earlier that it recorded my confession and her screams), she was screaming 'No Aakarsh ....leave me...No please'....all these were recorded but just audio....but usme maine dekha ki thode der baad light aa gyi and then mera shirtless back dikh rha aur wo ro rahi thi bed pe (but I saw in it that the light came after some time and it was showing my shirtless back and she was sitting and crying on the bed) .."

"It showed as if I was trying to hold her and then was trying to put my head on her shoulder. She was crying vigorously. And before it could show anything more the video ended. Later Neel informed that due to low battery the camera got switched off in between and only that much was recorded."

"Par jab tum unconscious ho gye the aur tumhe kuch yaad hi nahi to uss recording me tum aaye kaise....(but when you got unconscious and couldn't remember anything then how were you present in that recording)..?" Diksha asked remembering those photos and letter. She can now relate that photo with the situation Aakarsh was explaining.

"Haan kyunki mujhe laga ki main behosh hua tha uss waqt...but bad me mujhe pta chala ki main actual unconscious tab hua jab mera sar uske shoulders par dikh rha tha. Uske pehle tak main apne senses me nahi tha, uss drug ke kaaran jo usne mere drink me milaya tha.

(yeah cause I thought that I got unconscious at that time, but later I got to know that when it was showing my head on her shoulder, that's the moment when I actually got unconscious. Before that I was not in my real sense due to the effect of that drug which she mixed in my drink)." 

"Ohh isiliye tumhe kuch yad nahi aur unlogo ne aaram se tumhare actions record kar liye....aur shayad wo camera bhi unhone jaan bhujh kar low battery par hi set kiya hoga taki tum jab police investigate kare to wo aaram se bach sake aur koi ye na samjh paye ki ye trap hai....aur wo andhera sirf audio record karne ke liye tha kyunki unhe pta tha ki tum kabhi bhi usko force nahi karoge, to isiliye bas wo chilla rahi thi."

(ohh that's why you don't remember a thing and they recorded all your actions...and probably they set the camera on the low battery itself so that when police investigate the matter they can easily escape, and no one can find out that it's a trap. And that darkness was just for audio recording cause they knew you'll never force yourself on her so it was just her screams).

"Waah Sherlock Holmes tumne to case solve kar diya itni jaldi...(wow Sherlock Holmes you solved the case so soon.)." Aakarsh chuckled making her glare at him in anger.

"But yeah, you're right... that's the actual scene. Exactly the same happened that day."

"Then police officers tried to hold me and I was trying to make myself free from there grip -- that's the scene of one of the photos Neel sent -- someone took a snap of it."

✻Flashback✻

"Trust me it was not me...I didn't know anything.." Aakarsh tried to explain as he was hell scared after seeing all these.

"Mumma-Papa please trust me maine kuch nahi kiya...I don't know what's all these....Stuti you told them yar...why the hell are you crying...just tell them the damn truth" he was panicking more by each passing second. Krishna and Mrinal was completely numb they couldn't understand how their only child was getting blame for such a heinous crime. They couldn't stand the allegations thrown at Aakarsh.

"Erhh leave me...maine kuch nahi kiya ...I didn't do anything..." Aakarsh screamed as the constable held his arms.

"Humne sab dekha hai jab hum yaha aaye, kis haalat me thi ye (we saw everything when we came here, what condition was she in)." The officer claimed.

Stuti's vigorous cries were proving the mishap; her torn clothes were enough evidence for police to arrest him in the charges of molestation.

"Aakarsh I believed you...how could you..?" Stuti cried more speaking those words.

"I don't know how this all happened." He said looking at the poor state of Stuti.

"Stop lying Aakarsh we all saw it with our eyes, it was you....you are responsible." Neel shouted shocking Aakarsh.

"Bhai you too....aap to sab jante the na Bhai...main Stuti ko propose Karna Chahta tha Bhai (you were knowing everything...I wanted to propose Stuti Bhai)...you knew it right....then how could you blame me?" He asked in a pained voice.

"Yes, I knew, that's why I went to get our parents over here to witness that special moments, I even texted you about the same. But what I didn't know was your awful plan." He said giving me a disgusted look.

"No...no....no..Bhai... please trust me I didn't do anything." Aakarsh was now on the verge of breaking into tears.

"You did this...we all saw how she was crying sitting over there in that disheveled state on the bed and you were sleeping half naked with all these scratch marks....tell me what do you conclude from all this? What does all this mean?" Neel said in an infuriated tone.

✻Flashback ends✻

"Then police dragged me out of there and Neel and Stuti came to meet me in police station. That's when I came to know about their plan...they said that they were together and was planning this revenge for a long time." Aakarsh got up and sat straight looking towards the midnight sky.

"Par Stuti ne ye sab kyu kiya...(but why did Stuti do all these)?"

"Stuti has some past related to me and my family because of which she helped Neel. Now that I was in lock up their motive is half completed. The rest half was completed when company got divided into two. A big share was taken by Neel and we were left with almost nothing except two factories. Mumma got a heart attack because of all this fiasco and Papa was all alone... handling everything solely broke him."

"Main toot gya tha...mujhe kuch samjh nahi aa rha tha...3 din baad papa ne bahot mushkil se meri bail karwai. Media walo ko request kiya ki iss mudde ko bahar na aane de.(I was completely broken...I wasn't able to understand anything...3 days later, Papa with lots of difficulties, got me out on bail ....he requested the media to not disclose this matter.)" He sighed as he finally explained those hurting memories. She patted him in order to show her support. For some unknown reason, he felt light after sharing his whole past with her.

Indeed, it's a painful memory! He has suffered so much in his early age. The only thought crossed her mind.

"To ab tum in sab ka kaaran dhundhne ki koshish kar rahe ho (now you're trying to find the sole reason of this incident)?" She asked though she knew the answer yet wanted to get confirmed.

"Haan.... according to his letter....they are coming and I'm sure they are planning something bigger than last time...but this time I'm no more that weak Aakarsh, I won't allow them to destroy me and my family."

"I hope you get the answers of all your questions before they do anything."

"Hmm we are -- Neev and I -- now very much close to our destination."

"Bahot raat ho chuki hai (it's late night) we should sleep now." She said and he nodded.
