Day 14 ( diff version)
" What are you doing here?!"
I groaned. " Mom, two more minutes...."
" I'm not your mom." The person said flatly.
I opened an eye and yelped. " Blue?! Wh... What are you doing in my room?!"
Blue gave me an amused look. " Mia. You're in my gym. Sleeping on my chair."
I looked down slowly and saw he was telling the truth.
" Wha.... BULBYYYYYY?!"
" Ivysaur!" My Ivysaur ( which I named Bulby because of Brock) ran into the room.
" Why didn't you wake me up?!"
" Saur."
I groaned. " Pikachuuuu."
" Pika pi?"
I looked up to see Pikachu and Squirtle and Charmander playing with the fan.
" What are you even doing up there?!"
Blue crossed his arms and raised an eyebrow. "Honestly, the better question is how you ended up asleep in my gym chair in the first place."
I scratched my head sheepishly, still trying to process what was happening. "Uh... I don’t actually know. Last thing I remember was… battling someone? Or maybe eating a sandwich?"
Bulby sniffed the air and snorted as if to confirm my disorganized memory.
"Classic Mia," Blue muttered, smirking.
"Pika pi!" Pikachu called from above, now spinning on the fan like it was a merry-go-round.
"Squirtle, squirt!"
"Charmander char!"
My jaw dropped. "Are you three seriously treating the fan like it’s a jungle gym?! Get down before you break something!"
Blue laughed as the three Pokémon continued spinning. "They’re having more fun than you probably did before passing out here."
I crossed my arms, huffing. "Well, excuse me for being a little tired after battling the Elite Four and Gary!"
Blue raised an eyebrow. "You battled Gary? How’d that go?"
I shot him a glare. "Do you have to ask? He’s smug enough as it is!"
Blue chuckled, leaning against the doorway. "Yeah, sounds about right. So, are you planning to leave my gym anytime soon, or are you moving in?"
I groaned, running a hand through my hair. "No, I’m not moving in! I just... need a second to figure out how I even got here!"
"Pika!" Pikachu suddenly jumped down from the fan, landing gracefully on my shoulder.
"At least one of you listens," I muttered, side-eyeing the still-spinning Squirtle and Charmander. "Bulby, can you get them down, please?"
"Ivysaur!" Bulby shot out a vine and gently pulled the two Pokémon off the fan.
"Thanks, buddy."
Blue smirked. "You’ve got quite the crew. Chaotic, but loyal."
I grinned, despite myself. "Yeah, they’re the best."
Blue straightened up. "Alright, then. Since you’ve already made yourself at home, how about a battle?"
I blinked at him. "A battle? Right now?!"
"Why not?" Blue shrugged. "You’re in my gym, and you’ve got your Pokémon with you. Or are you too tired from your little nap?"
I shot to my feet, determined. "I’m not tired, and I’m definitely not backing down! Let’s do this!"
Blue smirked, pulling out a Pokéball. "That’s the spirit. But don’t think I’m going easy on you, kid."
"Bring it on!" I said, my confidence returning.
"Pika pika!" Pikachu cheered as the rest of my Pokémon rallied behind me.
This was going to be fun—chaotic, maybe—but fun.

I yawned. " Okay I won. Time to nap."
" Ivysaur."
I yawned and sat on the ground. " Huh? Oh I'm comfortable right here thank you."
Blue stared at me, utterly baffled, as I casually curled up on the floor of his gym like it was my personal napping spot.
"You’ve got to be kidding me," he muttered, crossing his arms. "Mia, you’re crazy."
I yawned again, patting Bulby’s head as he settled down beside me. "Crazy, or just a genius who knows the best places to nap?"
Blue pinched the bridge of his nose. "This is my gym. You can’t just crash here whenever you feel like it!"
"Pika pi," Pikachu chimed in, hopping onto my stomach and making himself comfortable.
I smirked, pointing at Pikachu. "See? Pikachu gets it."
Blue groaned. "No, Pikachu enables your insanity. There’s a difference."
Squirtle and Charmander joined Bulby, forming a cozy little circle around me. Blue rubbed his temples as though he were dealing with a particularly stubborn headache.
"Unbelievable," he muttered. "You beat me in a battle and then turn my gym into your personal nap station. Do you have any sense of decorum?"
I blinked up at him sleepily. "What’s decorum? Is it edible?"
Blue stared at me in disbelief. "You’re impossible."
"Thanks," I replied with a grin before closing my eyes.
He sighed, shaking his head. "Fine. But if you start snoring, I’m kicking you out."
"Deal," I murmured, already drifting off.
As I started to doze, I heard him mutter, "How does anyone deal with you?"
"Pika," Pikachu replied, as if to say, "It’s a mystery, but we love her anyway."
