21: Popping The Question

"My favorite colors are black and white. So tonight's concert really suits me. What kind of make-up are you going to do?" Yoongi was talking at you a mile a minute.

"Black liner." You shrugged.

"That's it? I like the concert even more because the outfit is long sleeved." He wasn't really phased by the lack of work you said needed to be done, but he hoped that the make-up would still take a long time.

"What? That's so odd." You smiled lightly. "Isn't it hot?"

"Yeah, but I get hot and sweaty no matter what. I like wearing short sleeves during the day and long sleeves at night. That's the best weather, I think. What weather do you like?" He closed his eyes and let you apply the sharp, crisp liner.

"I think I can agree with you. Spring or fall are really good seasons. But then again, I see why winter and summer are so good too! It's hard to choose." You hummed as you spoke.

"Do you ever get to watch our concerts?" He asked quietly, suddenly.

"No." You responded quickly and quietly.

"Do you like my music? Have you heard any of my music that's just me?" He asked again.

"I like what I hear, but I haven't had any real time to delve into music; yours or otherwise."

"Would you like to listen to some? It doesn't have to be mine... Just..." He squirmed and you held his head still. "Us. Together."

"I'm done with your make-up." You stayed looking in his face for a moment.

"Yes... or no?" He pushed. "I like quiet, uncrowded places."

"You're about to go out to the least quiet and most crowded space." You mumbled with your forehead scrunched.

"I don't even like dancing..." He chuckled as he refused to get out of your chair while you stood back.

You shook your head and laughed.

"Fine. Just let me know when and where." You moved to the side so he could get up. "Weird idol whose job is exactly the opposite of everything he likes."

"We travel and prepare tomorrow all day for the concert and then we all fly to Japan..." He thought for a moment, not getting up. "I'll find you when I have time. And if you have time then too, then we can find a place."

"I can see your determination." You motioned for him to get up and move. You needed to do another person's make-up. Or didn't he have a concert or something? It was ridiculous how he wouldn't get up from your chair.

"I just like you." He admitted quietly. "Is that okay?"

You blushed suddenly.

"I-uh-um... yeah, I don't think I can say whether it's okay or not. People just sort of like other people." You spoke as you crossed your arms and he finally stood up.

"Well, I hope you like me too." He smiled and laughed. "Thank you for doing my make-up."

"That's my job and I love it! Now please," You laughed lightly. "Go sing for the country. Dance around. And try and remove your make-up this time."

"No!" He refused. "I want you to do it."
