Please look at the drawing base below Carefully - & if you have Any Ideas - tell me What We can turn it into by adding something to it - Maybe someone sees Some Object, Maybe a Pattern or a Plant or... Let Your Imagination Speak for You now!  ^_^ 

1. The First idea: Fuzzbert - inspired by @Spectra234 's Comment:

- I turned the Green Heart upside down to make the pointy part go to the top

- then I drew some light green furry lines around it & filled the rest in with the same light green shade to make Fuzzbert's fur color regular 

- I drew two orange legs at the bottom - & Here's Fuzzbert!   ^_^  ( his fur fully covered the Green Heart - so the Drawing Starter is INSIDE him now! 😁 ) 

2. The 2nd idea: A Clover - inspired by @GoldenTheFangirl 's Comment :)

( - I made it a Four-leaf Clover to Bring My Readers Luck!  ^_^ 🍀 )

So: I first added another Green Heart & joined them 

- then copied those two & joined them all

- & at the end I drew & colored the Stalk :)

3. The 3rd Idea: A Leaf - inspired by @FieryFate 's Comment

- I first turned the Green heart, then drew the line connecting the top with the bottom

- then I drew some Straight Lines inside the heart to make it look like a leaf

- & at the end I drew the brown part that naturally connects the leaf with a tree branch

& Here is Our Leaf! :) 

4. The 4th Idea: A Green Heatshaped Balloon - inspired by @Lily_Ikidney 's Comment :)

- I drew a small green Triangle under the Green Heart Base & connected them

- I sent the Heart to the Front, & at the end I drew the string

So Here we have a Green Heartshaped Balloon!  ^_^
