"I'm moving in," Sunwoo announced the next day.

Seolhee stared at him for a moment and he walked into her house, rolling his suitcase in behind him. "When you said you were leaving for a bit to go get something-"

"Yes."

"I can stay alone," she mumbled awkwardly. "I'm not a baby."

"Listen shortcake, just let me stay here, alright? I can't stand being at home when my dad's around, and he's around way too often now. You know, since he doesn't have any dates at the moment."

She laughed. "Still, I'm sure you could go to Hyunjun's or something. Won't that be more comfortable?"

Sunwoo glared at her. "I want to stay with you for a bit, okay? Can I? Yes or no?"

"Well yes, of course."

"You're sure?"

She smiled, nodding her head. "Very sure."

"Good. What time is your first class tomorrow? Maybe I can walk you to school."

"Nine."

"Nine?" he asked incredulously, staring at her in horror. "Why so early? Gosh, my first class is at two. Why in the world did you choose such early classes?"

Seolhee shrugged. "It gives me more free time in the afternoons."

He sighed dramatically, throwing himself onto the sofa and closing his eyes, immediately getting comfortable. "Well, I guess I'll be nice and wake up early to walk you to school."

She tried and failed to bite back her smile. Watching him lying on the sofa, she hesitated. She remembered the feeling of his arms around her, holding her tight. He hadn't left her side all night. She wanted to be back in his arms now but was too nervous to boldly go by his side.

Sunwoo peeked open his eyes, looking at her. She was standing by his side, watching him, hesitating.

He opened his arms wide for her. "What are you waiting for? Come here."

Seolhee grinned, lying down on the sofa beside him without hesitation, her back lightly touching his chest, his arms steadying holding her waist.

"You're so bold," she murmured, kind of feeling like she was going to fall off the sofa. But she didn't want to be too close to Sunwoo, and she also didn't want to move away. So she just hung off the edge a bit.

He just kissed the top of her head.

"I haven't washed my hair for a few days," she informed him, slowly turning to face him. She almost did fall off the sofa at that, but his grip on her tightened and he pulled her close. Her hands rested on his chest and she felt the pounding of his heart.

Sunwoo made a face at her. "No wonder it smelled bad," he said, half-playfully.

She sighed. "I should probably go wash it now," she said, trying to get up, but Sunwoo's arms were firmly around her, holding her in place.

"Don't leave," he complained. "Stay with your boyfriend for a bit more," he said, his tone somehow both teasing and completely serious. She looked up at him, but his eyes were closed as he held her.

She closed her eyes, resting her head on his chest.

Her boyfriend.

She felt like they were both dancing around their feelings. She liked him a lot. Certainly, that was obvious by now. And she felt that he liked her too. It felt like they were really dating now.

She didn't want to fake-date him anymore.

She really wanted him to be her boyfriend.

A/N

I decided to have 9am classes three times a week, and let me tell you, they are no fun. Especially since the campus I live on is a shuttle ride away from the main campus, where all my classes are held. Next semester I'm going to try to get all 10:30 classes, at the earliest. But then I also do want to end earlier so...

Anyway, how is everyone doing?!? It's midterm season at my college, which means everyone is pretty stressed, but that's okay. Other than that, I'm adjusting well and I'm pretty happy☺️
