"You really didn't have to help me but thank you." Magnus said when he put the last glass in the dishwasher and Maryse smiled at him. "Of course we had to. You and Alec made a really nice dinner and helping you to clean is the least thing we could do." Maryse answered and Miranda nodded in agreement before Robert walked in the kitchen with Mark. "You're ready to go home, Darling?" Mark asked his wife with a warm smile and Miranda nodded smiling back at him. "Thank you, Magnus. I really enjoyed the evening...I will come by tomorrow and we will talk about work." Mark told Magnus who nodded with a light smile knowing already what Mark wanted and they slowly walked to the door. "Can you show me where Max is?" Robert asked when they stood in the hallway and Magnus nodded. "Sure. Miranda, it was really nice to see you again and come home well you two." Magnus said goodbye to the married couple before he brought his attention back to Robert and Maryse. "Follow me...they both are in my bedroom." Magnus chuckled when he thought about Alecs sleeping figure and Robert followed him up the stairs. "Wow...can't believe he is already so grown up." Robert laughed when he saw Alec sleeping and watched his two sons a few seconds. Magnus eyes were fixed on Alec while a soft smile was drawn on his lips and Robert caught that. "Magnus, I never thanked you." Robert spoke after it was silence for a few moments and Magnus looked at him with a confused frown. "For?" Magnus wasn't really sure what Robert was talking about and Robert smiled at Alec. "For making my son so happy again. I hated to see him so sad and believe me there is nothing worse for a father than not being able to protect his children. Seeing him breaking more each day made me feel like I failed as a parent but after he met you...he starts live again. Thank you for this, Magnus." Robert answered only bringing his eyes back to Magnus at the end who shook his head a little. "You didn't fail, Robert. I guess there are just things we can't protect our children from. You raised an amazing strong person with Maryse together and I need to thank you for giving me the chance to meet him." Magnus smiled at Robert and he had to admit it felt damn good. It felt good to know Alecs family was happy with Alecs choice of boyfriend and he was happy Alec became happier. "You're a great man, Magnus. You two are really perfect together." Robert chuckled a little before he went closer to the two sleeping persons. They didn't know it but Alec was awake the whole time and he heard every single word. He was a bit upset that Robert thought he failed because he didn't fail at all. During these past few years Robert was always there for him and supported him in the best way possible. But he also heard how happy Robert seemed about Magnus being in his life and it really warmed his heart. He loved Magnus and he wouldn't care really if his family wasn't okay with it but it was really nice to know he had the blessing of his parents. Alec couldn't surpress the slight smile that covered his lips but he stayed quiet and left them thinking he was still asleep. After a few minutes he heard the front door closing and footsteps coming closer. Magnus sat down on the bed and caressed Alecs hair softly still not knowing Alec was actually awake. "I love you." Magnus whispered with a gentel voice and bended down to kiss him softly. He didn't expect Alec to kiss back so he was really surprised when he did. Alec pulled back from the kiss and looked with eyes full of adoration in his eyes at his boyfriend. "I love you too." Alec answered softly and Magnus smiled down at him. "How long are you awake?" Magnus asked with a soft frown on his forehead caressing Alecs cheek who shrugged. "Long enough to know that I have an amazing boyfriend." Alec replied as his cheeks were slowly colored in a roise red shade. "Mh...mine is much more amazing." Magnus said with a dreamy voice and Alec shook his head a little. "Not possible." Alec answered pulling Magnus down to kiss him before he could say anything else and Magnus had to smile in the kiss. "Let's go...        I promised you a massage."  Alec whispered with a husky voice when they broke the kiss and Magnus licked his lower lip. "I was hoping that you remembered that." Magnus whispered back caressing Alecs lower lip with his thumb and a light chuckle left Alecs lips. "How could I forget about that?" Alec asked smiling with sparkling eyes at his boyfriend and Magnus got slowly up from the bed. Alec sat up too and looked after Magnus who was pulling his shirt over his head. Alec stared at Magnus back muscles for a few seconds before Magnus turned around smirking at him. "You're coming or what? Magnus asked teasingly continuing to walk to his bathroom and Alec got up really quickly almost stumbling over his own feet. Alec was wide awake again and he loved to tak a bath with the person who had his heart. Magnus flashed Alec a little grin before he scooted closer to him and gently helped Alec to get arid of his shirt that was covering way too much skin in that moment. "So beautiful." Magnus mumbled when the shirt fall on the ground and Alecs chest was finally exposed. Alec blushed by the compliment and nuzzled his face a little embaressed in the gap between Magnus shoulder and neck.
