"One last dance, hu?" Alec asked his smile a bit upset and Magnus placed his hands on Alecs hips looking in the eyes of the man he loved. "One last danc in the show...but so many more waiting for us." Magnus answered making Alecs smile turn into an only happy one and Alec wrapped his arms around Magnus neck. "Let's win this show." Magnus said softly before he covered Alecs slightly pink lips with his and Magnus smiled. Only moments later they stood on the big stage again waiting for their signal and this time there was no acting needed. This dance was special because it wasn't just about heavy moves or complicated lifting figures. The dance was made by Magnus and it was his and Alecs story. How they met how broken Alec was how he finally stood up again how they fought but they never gave up and all the pushing away just to be finally where they were right now. Magnus picked the song carefully and Alec really had a hard time not getting too emotional but it was hard. The meaning of the song was beautiful and that would be the one dance they would carry with them forever. The audience was left speechless and the judges were close to tears because even neither of the two dancers talked Magnus and Alec showed more feelings than it was possible. The last sound of the song quiet down and for a few seconds Alec stayed in his end position before he hurried to Magnus throwing his hands around him. There was cheering and clapping filling the room but Alec could only think about Magnus. He was overwhelmed by the emotions flowing over him but they were good and Magnus hugged him tightly. Magnus smiled softly caressing Alecs back and comforting him. "What a dance, Ladies and Gentlemen. The last dance of Alec and Magnus." The presenter said through his microphone smiling at the two men who were hugging in the middle of the stage. Alec struggled a little with stopping the tears running down his cheeks but he really wanted to say something before the final. "Magnus and Alec...wow. That was your last dance after 5 months. Any words from your side before we hear the judges?" The presenter asked them with a warm smile and the audience went silent as Alec took the mic from the presenter. "First of all I wanna say thank you to the show runner for giving me the chance to meet Magnus. He is such a great man and he really proofed that he deserves to win...I just love you...very much." Alec troubled a bit with speaking getting interrupted by a few sniffs and Magnus let out a soft chukle before he hugged Alec placing a sweet kiss on his cheek. The room got filled with aws and the judges had to wipe their tears away quickly. "I'm gonna miss the two of you so bad...you were my favorite and it's so beautiful to see that you got together through the show. You get all my points and just everything you want." The female judger said whipping away her tears and Alec chuckled taking Magnus hand. "You remember how I said you two are what I came for? Well I really came for you two...there was love passion pain and you all did that with emotion." The male judger said smiling at them and Alec was more than happy to hear they loved Magnus dance but how could they not love it? Magnus and Alecs dance got showered with love by the judges but sadly their points counted only 10 percent. The other 90% were the audience watching from home who could call for them and make them to the winner. All dancers were asked to take place on the stage and it were 3 couples. 1 couple was out of two women and the others were two men. Magnus heart was slamming against his chest and he was sweating from nervousness but he really wished they would win. Alec had one arm around Magnus waist trying to stay calm but in the inside he was exploding from excitement. "5 months you gave blood sweat and tears in every dance and got better and better. We watched many couples go but you made it to the final. The winner of Let's Dance 2019 is..." This break felt like hours no noise was filling the room and it was death silent. Magnus closed his eyes squeezing Alecs hand and he had to remember the first time he met him. Their first dance. Their first kiss. Their fights.
The perfect happenings two weeks ago. Every memory of them flashed through his mind even the presenters break wasn't longer than 30 seconds. Alecs breath was unsteady and it was like waiting for the result of your final exams just ten times worse. After everything he and Magnus went through they would deserve it but winning or losing didn't matter too much. "The Winners of Let's Dance 2019 are Magnus Bane and Alexander Gideon Lightwood." The presenter shouted and in the second he said it golden confetti flew from the celling. Magnus looked shocked at Alec not believing that they won and hugged Alec tightly. "We won...oh my god, Alec we won?!?" Magnus almost yelled but it was a mix of a statement and question while Alec just started to cry. He was so happy that they won and that he won way more than just an award. The Lightwood family of course watched the final and went on the stage hugging their winners tightly who were celebrated by the whole crowd. 6 dances and the show was over now but Alec and Magnus celebrated until the early morning hours.
