Alec got up around 5am not bearing to be in his own room anymore because all the memories in there just made him miss Magnus more. He sat in the kitchen drinking a coffee hoping that this would make him more awake but coffee wouldn't help if you were tired in the inside. Alec was more than just physically tired and he wished he could finally let his mind rest but he knew this wouldn't happen. "Alec..." Max stood next to Alec tugging on his shirt because he called out for his big brother for more than two minutes but Alec didn't hear him and Alec startled a bit. "Hei...good morning, Maxie. How did you sleep?" Alec asked forcing a smile on his lips because if there was one person who should never know he was hurt than it was Max. Max was young and he deserved to have a happy family so Alec tried to give him that even it was just fake. "I slept okay...but I woke up...because you were yelling something..." Max answered quietly while he bit his lower lip and Alec tensed. "Are you okay?" Max asked with a worried look and Alec felt a lump in in his throat but he swallowed it and forced another smile on his face. "I'm okay...just a bad dream. Don't worry, Buddy." Alec answered trying to sound convincing and he saw that Max debated about it for a few seconds before he nodded. Alec was relieved when his little brother took the lie but it still mad him realize something and that made him sad. He realized that no matter how hard he tried to be okay in front of his family they would sense something was off and it would keep them from being happy. Alec felt so terrible for ruining the perfect family his love ones deserved but he didn't know what he should do to change it and the only thing that he could think of scared him too much. "Good morning, Alec. You're gonna have breakfast with me and Max?" Maryse asked with a hopeful smile because just like Robert she was affaird to lose her boy and Alec shook his head. "I wanted to go to the dance studio...train a bit and get my head clear, you know stuff like that. " Alec lied because even he would really go to the dance studio he wouldn't clear his mind. He just wanted to do the only thing that was a way of comfort and that could make him forget at least for a few moments. "But you can't just go alone...it isn't save anymore." Maryse knew that after Alec decide to have a relationship with Magnus their life would change because it would make their life open to the public and she didn't really care but she didn't want Alec to go out alone. "Don't worry, Bear will come with me." Alec answered knowing from now one there wouldn't be a world without paparazzis but he just didn't care anymore. He cared only about others and what happened to him didn't matter anymore. "Fine but be careful and be back for dinner at 6, okay?" Maryse didn't want to bother Alec more and she hoped dancing would light up his mood a bit but she knew there was only one person who could really light it up. "Sure." Alec answered before he got up and left the room to get ready.

Magnus was still in bed not seeing a reason in getting up any time soon and he just stared up at the celling. He slept the whole night but his sleep wasn't restful and he was stearing in his sleep a lot. He didn't know how he should just live his life without Alec and he wasn't sure how he could ever move on. Even when he woke up this morning his first thought was Alec and that he should call him but he wasn't allowed to anymore. He wasn't even allowed to think about him anymore because Alec made clear that he wasn't his anymore. A groan left his lips when he heard his phone ringing but his heart was also beating faster because deep down he was still hoping Alec would come back to him. A frown covered Magnus forehead as he saw the ID on the screen and his shattered heart was quickly filled with worry. "Maryse, is he alright?" Magnus asked not even saying hello because when he saw Alecs mom called he immediately thought something bad must have happened. "Good morning to you too and no...he isn't alright." Maryse answerd and she knew calling Magnus behind Alecs back wasn't fair but she couldn't stand there just watching her son fall apart. She also couldn't bear the thought of Magnus being in pain because after all he did for her son she really took him in her heart. "Why...did he do anything?" Magnus was scared as hell that Alec did anything to himself and he would never forgive himself if he did. "No...not yet but Magnus, he...he isn't fighting anymore. I know my son and I know when he gives up. I don't know why he did all this but I know that what he told you was a lie...there has to be something else behind that. I raised him and as a mother I know better than probably anyone else. He loves you...the way he looks at you...the way he smiles when he talks about you. Whatever you do don't believe what he said and don't let him push you away. I know you sacrificed so much and maybe it is selfish of me to ask you for this but please fight for my son. You are the only one who can save him..." Magnus was Maryse last hope and if he gave up on her son now she would be hopeless. "Where is he?" ... //tbc oh... What did just happen?
