"Max, do you have everything?" Alec yelled already waiting for Max and Magnus to come so they could leave. "Yes!" Max yelled back running to Alec and Magnus came down the stairs. "Sorry...I couldn't find my phone." Magnus apologized placing a light kiss on Alecs lips and Max smiled brightly. He was really happy that they would go and visit the zoo. "Alec?" Maryse voice suddenly filled the room and all 3 looked to the kitchen door where Maryse just came out. "I will make dinner at 6 so please be back then, okay?" Maryse asked with a smile and all 3 nodded. "Yeah, I don't think we will be there that long." Alec answered earning a pout from his little brother and Magnus looked down at him before he chuckled.

"You know I have a surprise." Magnus suddenly said when they all sat in the car and were ready to leave. "Another one?" Max asked with big eyes and Alec looked really curious at his boyfriend. "Yes. I actually didn't try to find my phone I called the zoo. They will give us a special tour and they have a baby monkey at the moment who is living with one of the zookeepers and we can meet him." Magnus explained and with every word he said Max got bigger eyes. "Really?" Max asked almost jumping from excitement and Alec smiled at Magnus. "Yes." Magnus answered and Max started to squeal from happiness. "Did you hear that, Alec? We will meet a realy monky!" Max yelled tugging on Alecs arms and Alec chuckled. "I did. What do you say now, Max?" Alec asked with a 'you know what to do' look and Max turned to Magnus who was next to him. Max wrapped his little arms around Magnus body as much as he could with his little arms and Magnus hugged him back. "Thank you, Magnus." Max mumbled a little shy suddenly and Magnus couldn't help but laugh a little. Magnus regretted it not even a little bit that he told Max that before they even arrived because seeing how the little boy got more excited the closer they got was adorable. "Max, wait!" Alec yelled when Max just run to the entrance as soon and he was out of the car but Max was a good boy and stopped at the second Alec called. "Wow...you trained him well." Magnus laughed when he saw how abruptly the little boy stood still and Alec chuckled. "I didn't do that...Mom did." Alec answered and when he reached Max the boy immideately slipped his little hand in Alecs. "Max, you need to calm down a little or you will scare the baby, okay?" Alec asked his little brother with a smile and Max nodded still smiling brightly. They all walked inside the zoo a little surprised when the woman on the cash register just waved them to walk by. "How much did you pay for this?" Alec whispered in Magnus ear when they walked to a zookeeper that smiled at them. "Not much for me and you can always pay me back." Magnus answered with a wink and Alec got bright red in his face. "Hello, I'm Joe and I will show you our Zoo today." The zookeeper said with a bright smile and held his hand out in Magnus direction. "I'm Magnus and this is my boyfriend Alec. This is Max." Magnus introduced them and of course the zookeeper knew exactly who they were but Magnus pleaded them to act like they were normal people. "Nice to meet you, little guy. I heard you are really excited to meet Charlie?" Joe asked Max and there he was back to his usual self. Max got all shy when strangers were around which he probably had from his bigger brother and Max nodded hiding a little behind Alecs leg. "And I like the elephants too..." Max mumbled with a quiet voice and Joe smiled down at the little boy. "Well that's great. We have actually 5 elephants. Let's go then shall we?" Joe asked them and all 3 nodded following the young man. "One elephant has a  baby too at the moment. Actually a lot animals here have babys at the moment." Joe explained while they were walking inside a house which was the aquarium of the zoo and Max got huge eyes when he saw the big fish behind the windows. "Here we are in our aquarium house and we can go now behind the door and see how the fish look from above." Joe said while he lead them to a door that was a little hidden and Max was walking in front of Magnus and Alec. Suddenly Alec felt how a warm hand slipped in his and he looked down seeing it was Magnus who just looked forward with a smile on his lips. Alec smiled shyly and squeezed Magnus hand gentlely. "Thanks...you made him really happy." Alec whispered in Magnus ear while they continued to follow Max who was jumping while walking. "No problem...he is so cute when he is happy. He is like a little version of you." Magnus whispered with a chuckle in the end and Alec also laughed a little. His parents also said that Max is a lot like Alec when he was younger and Max really looked up to his big brother. "Here you can look down into the water...maybe next time we can organize a swim suiet and then you can swim with the fish." Joe suggested and Max turned around looking with huge puppy eyes at his brother. "Can we do that next time?" Max asked knowing damn well his big brother couldn't say no and Alec sighed. "Of course we can." Alec answered and Max run to him hugging his legs. "You are the best brother one earth!"
