"Clary, don't worry. If he reacts like a dick I will make sure that he loses his dick." Alec tried to calm Clary down because she was really nervous and when he realized what he said he wanted to facepalm himself but he got a little chuckle from the two people around him. "Wow Alexander, I didn't know you would go that fare." Magnus chuckled and saw how a blush covered Alecs cheeks. That was what Alec really hated about his pale skin even the lightest blush was noticiable. "I don't think I have to go that fare. Jace likes children and he always wanted his own children." Alec answered and his voice sounded a little complaining but Clary only let out a bitter laugh. "Yeah I'm sure he wants his own children...in 10 years...not now." Clary sighed and was stinging in her plate not looking at them. "He is 22 a lot of people have their first kid at this age. Look at my Mom she was 19 and Dad was 20 still they made it." Alec answered with a little smile but only got a weak one back from Clary and Magnus placed his hand on Alecs knee under the table. He really adored Alec for how he helped Clary and encouraged her. "Jace always wanted to travel around the world and get a stable income before he gets children...I ruin his life." Clary said with a hurt voice and Alec knew she was close to cry again but he also knew she didn't ruin the life of his brother. "And what do you want? I only hear you saying that you ruin his life and what my brother wants but what do you want?" Alec asked with a rose eyebrow and Clary looked at him with a thoughtful look. She needed a few seconds to think about it because she actually didn't really think about that yet. She was too busy with worrying about Jace reaction and what he maybe wanted that she didn't really thought about what she wanted. "I want that baby...I want a family with Jace. I love him but if he doesn't want the child I don't care...I think. A lot of moms raise a child on their own, right?" Clary answered and her smile was a bit lost but more confident than a few seconds ago. "But you aren't alone. Even if Jace doesn't want it you have me...Simon Izzy and my Mom and Dad...and your parents" Alec said and Clary looked really thankfully at him. In the beginning she didn't think Alec would be like that but she definitely misjudged him. "Thank you, Alec. I'm really glad about that." Clary answered with a smile but it faded when she saw who just entered the diner. "He...what is she doing here?" Jace asked madly when he saw Clary sitting at the table with his brother. "We wanted to talk." Alec answered giving Jace the same stern look he gave them and Jace rolled his eyes. "I agreed to talk with you not with a cheater." Jace said and Alec couldn't believe that his brother was 100% sure about something he had no prove for. "Jace...plea..." "Don't...just don't." Jace cut Clary off who looked close to cry again and chashed her head down. "Jonathan Christopher Lightwood! You will sit down now and let Clary talk to you and I swear to god if you don't stop this attitude right now I will go to mom and tell her you broke her favorit vase!" Alec answered raising his voice and Jace looked pretty impressed. Magnus had to smile a little by what Alec was threatening him with but he staid quiet. He was only there to support Alec but he knew Alec was fine if he was just there by his side. "Fine! But I'm not sitting next to her!" Jace hissed a little and looked pretty annoyed but one death look of Alec was enough for him to sit down next to Clary who was not looking at Jace anymore. "You know you act like a 5 year old child! Even Max would handel this situation more like an adult!" Alec sighed and rubbed his forehead annyoed by the grumpy attitude of his brother. "Well you called me to talk. Now talk." Jace answered ignoring what his brother just said  and Clary knew it was time for her. "Jace...I didn't cheat on you...I love you too much to do so." Clary finally started to talk and her voice was slightly shaking but Jace still wore a cold expression. "Then what is going on? Why did you always ditch me and pushed me away?" Jace asked and Alec could see how the walls around Jace heart broke a little. "Because...because...I'm..." "You are what Clary?" Jace asked even looking concerned because even he was really mad at Clary he still loved her. "I'm...I'm pregnant." Clary finally confessed and tears started to run down her cheeks. Even she said she wouldn't care about what Jace wanted anymore she still didn't want to lose him. "I don't want it." Jace only said and Alec couldn't believe his own ears. Jace put one and one together. He wanted the child but he was mad that Clary thought he would leave her alone it hurt him so much that out of anger he gave her the reaction she wanted. "That's the reaction you think you would get...here you have it." Jace answered and he felt like his heart was ripped out when he saw the pain in Clarys eyes. "You are such an asshole! I can't believe I wasted 1 year with you!" Clary cried and before Jace could do anything Clary slapped him right across the face. Magnus just sat there and watched Clary running out of the diner. "How could you do that? She carrys your child and you dare to treat her like that?" Alec asked really mad at his brother and he couldn't believe his brother was like that. "Why? That was the reaction she wanted! I just gave she wanted." Jace answered but Alec could see through all this facade. "You are an idiot...you could have a family with the girl you love so much but you only ruin it because you are hurt by her doubts you should have proved wrong." Alec said with a big frown on his forehead and Magnus squeezed his knee a little trying to calm him down. But Magnus also only wanted to punch Jace in the face for what he just did. "She could have told me! She could have told me that she is pregnant I would have been here for her but she only pushed me away." Jace was also pretty mad but he was also hurt and when people were mad and hurt they did terrible stupid things. "You had that chance right now. She was scared and she didn't know what to do so she did the thing that is understandtable." Alec answered and Jace had enough. "Oh yeah? What is understandtable? Like running away? Like you did? Would she run away for 5 fucking years and still be scared? Well guess what Alec, not everyone is a  coward like you and runs away. Can he even touch you? Wake up, Alec. Not all people are like you." Jace almost yelled and people looked at them. Alec just sat there and couldn't believe what Jace just threw at his head while Magnus was at the edge of exploding. How could he be like that? How could he hurt his big brother like that? "Yeah and you know what? You are right. You aren't a Lightwood you have never been and will never be." Alec answered with so much hurt in his voice it was painful for Magnus to hear. Alec gave Jace a last look that showed enough before he got up and left trying to find Clary. "You are a real Idiot." Magnus sighed and hurried after his boyfriend who needed him now probably more than ever. This meeting went way worse than expect and Alec couldn't recognize the the brother he used to know anymore...//tbc PLEASE READ THE NOTE: I know Jace really sounds like a total asshole right now and what he did is not okay BUT we have also to understand he is hurt. So please don't comment only hate about him and try to be put yourself in Jace situation.
