"I'm leaving now." Alec yelled from the the front door and Maryse walked out of the kitchen into the hallway. "Don't you want to have breakfast first?" Maryse asked and looked with a frown at Alec who shook his head. "No thanks Mom, but I'm not really hungry." Alec answered and Maryse sighed but smiled at him. "Give me 5 minutes and let me make you something you can take with you." Maryse said and nodded with a little smile. Yesterday he was with Jace in the training hall till 8pm and it went great. He and Jace talked a lot and Jace kept his distance which made Alec feel relieved. "Hey, you're going now?" Jace asked and came down the stairs with a smile. "Yeah but I'll be back before you and Clary come." Alec answered because Jace told him yesterday about Clary and that she was his girlfriend for a week now. "Okay. I'm really excited to introduce her to you." Jace chuckled and walked to the kitchen to get breakfast. "Here." Maryse held a bag in front of Alec with a sandwitch and a water bottle. "Thanks, Mom." Alec smiled and placed a kiss on Maryse cheek before he left with Bear and Pumpkin. Pumpkin seemed to like it here and he and Bear were already friends. Alec opened the back of the car so Bear and Pumpkin could get in before he headed to the studio. It was only 8:30am when he areived and he decided to disctract him with training. It was like the whole time Alec stood under electricity and he was nervouse as hell but he was also a bit excited. Something about Magnus wanted Alec to see him again even his fear held him back the curiosity was bigger. Alec turned on the song he listed a lot the last few days and stood at one end of the room. Alec just wanted to warm up a little and since he already knew the dance he and Magnus had to do, he guessed he should train backflips a little. He just started to make a few flips forward till he reached the middle of the studio. It was a bit hard till he was able to make that because he was so tall but now he could make perfect flips for and backwards. Bear and Pumpkin laid in the corner of the room and watched Alec while Pumpkin rolled over the floor sometimes. Magnus was a bit early but it wasn't that bad because he saw Alecs car and guessed he was early too. Magnus wanted to make a good impression and show that he really cared about dancing. Alec seemed really nice...maybe a bit odd but nice. Magnus got out of his car and walked inside the studio when he saw Alec making backflips. Magnus couldn't stop to watch Alec who didn't notice Magnus and continued to make backflips.  Magnus saw how Alec suddenly stumbled back and he looked pretty dizzily. Magnus rushed inside and before Alec could fall Magnus caught him. Alec was so surprised that he let out a scream and he jumped back almsot 3 meters. Bear got up and walked quickly to Alec who hit the wall with his back. Alec guessed it was a bad idea to make backflips with nothing in his stomach and when he suddenly felt hands on him he was shocked to death. Magnus saw pure fear in Alecs eyes who looked really pale in his face and when Bear came Magnus also stepped back. Alec slid down the wall and sat there with his knees to his chest. Bear sat in front of Alec and just laid his big paw on Alecs knee and licked over Alecs face. Alecs breath was pretty quick while Magnus was really concerned and he felt guilty. Magnus didn't think his action would scare Alec like that and he didn't know what to do. When Magnus surprised Alec like that it was like he relived this moment again and pictures came in front of him. When he felt Bears paw on his knee he let out a relieved breath and leaned his head back while he closed his eyes. Great, the first day and something like that already happened. But this made only more clear how hard it would be to dance with Magnus and let him so close. "Alexander? I'm sorry I didn't mean to scare you." Magnus said after a few seconds and looked at Alec who had his eyes still closed. "I'm fine...sorry, I didn't see you." Alec breathed and opened his eyes again. "I'm really sorry. I just saw you were about to fall but I didn't want to scare you." Magnus apologized again and Bear put his paw down from Alecs knee. "Don't apologize. It's fine, I just didn't eat this moring and got a bit dizzy." Alec answered and tried to calm down his breath till it was completely calm again. He felt so embaressed that something like that happened and he only wanted to go home but he couldn't. Alec knew it wasn't Magnus intention to scare him but Alec couldn't help it. "Wait...I get you something." Magnus said and ran out to his car to get the sweet pastrie he bought in the backery before he got here. He took the bag with the sweet pastrie and also a bottle of water before he rushed back to Alec. Alec was still sitting on the ground and he was stroking Bears head. Magnus wanted to give Alec the bag but Bear stopped him and Magnus gulped hard. "It's okay...he won't hurt you." Alec said when he saw that Magnus was afraid of Bear but suddenly Pumpkin ran to them and jumped on Alec. Pumkin licked over Alecs face and Magnus chuckled when he saw Alecs face. "Here. You should eat something." Magnus said when Pumpkin stopped to lick Alecs face and Magus gave Alec the bag. "Thanks...sorry that you are scared of Bear. He is a really good dog but he also trys to protect me." Alec answered and Magnus nodded with a little smile while he also sat down on the ground in front of Alec. "But then you have nothing...I can get the sandwich in my car." Alec said and wanted to get up but Magnus stopped him. "I had breakfast this morning...I bought it for you because I want to say thank you for even considering to dance with me." Magnus answered and this shy smile that he made took somehow Alecs breath away but in a good way. "Thank you, that's really nice of you." Alec said and took out the sweet pastrie. He was still really embaressed and now even more scared to dance with Magnus but he couldn't let him now that. "How old is he?" Magnus asked and pointed at Bear who rested his head in Alecs lap. "He is 5. Pumkin is 3 but we only got him yesterday." Alec answered and was surprised that he talked more than what Magnus asked for. "Oh cool. My cat Dawn got kitten this week, you and Max could come over and see them...only if you want." Magnus said with a sweet smile and Alec nodded. "Yeah that sounds great. Max loves animals...and you." Alec answered with a chuckle at the end and  Magnus nodded with a goofi grin. "I really like your little Brother, he is the cutest fan I ever had. Do you want to start?" Magnus asked when Alec finished the sweet pastrie and Alec nodded even he wanted to yell no. But maybe this could work...maybe Magnus and Alec could make it work...//
