"Alexander, don't worry. It will be fine." Magnus said comfortingly while he placed his hands on Alecs arms and rubbed them gentely. "What if he hates me for doing this?" Alec asked with a worried look and Magnus smiled softly at him. After their shower they got dressed and headed to Clarys house becaude Alec couldn't really get it out of hid head. Clary cheating on Jace was just way too crazy and absurde. "I'm sure he won't...maybe he will be a bit mad but he will calm down but that's only if Clary is really cheating and I can't believe that. Just think that if we find out she isn't cheating on him he will be really thankful." Magnus answered trying to make Alec feel more relaxed and Alec nodded. Alec was really thankful that Magnus was here with him and he didn't have to do this alone. Actually it should be Jace to be here and solve this issue but he knew he was too heartbroken and stubborn to do so. "Knock whenever you are ready." Magnus said smiling at Alec and stood next to him. Alec took a deep breath and rose his hand before he knocked at the front door of Clarys home. "I'm coming." A voice yelled and both knew it was Clarys by the sound of the voice. "Hel...Alec...Magnus?" Clary askes confused when she opened the door and Alec could see the slight discomfort in her eyes. "Yeah...hei. Sorry for just showing up like that but we wanted to talk." Alec said a bit bluntly if you asked Magnus but Magnus knew Alec wasn't really prepared. "Uh...do we have to?" Clary askes looking down on the ground not wanting to be watched by Alecs intense stare. "We don't want to force you...you don't have to say yes but it would be really nice." Magnus answered when he saw Alec wasn't sure what to say now. "O...okay. Yeah...come in." Clary finally said hesitantly but stepped aside to let them in. Alec wasn't really sure how to feel but he didn't feel really well. He was scared to find out the truth...well more of the bad truth. "You can leave them on...I was just about to clean the floor anyway." Clary said with a heavy tone of akwardness in her voice and that was the whole situation right now it was akward. "You want some tea? Or coffee?" Clary asked trying to sound more happily but Alec shook his head. "A tea would be really nice...only if it isn't too much of a trouble." Magnus answered and Clary nodded with a little smile. "So...what did you want to talk about?" Clary asked while she put the kettle on the oven to heat up the water. "Jace...uh...he told me you're cheating...is he right?" That was just Alec, bluntly asking like everytime but it made things easier. "Wh...what?" Clary asked shocked and sunk down on the chair next to Magnus. Alec was a little confused but he was a bit relieved since this wasn't the reaction he would get if she was really cheating. "He...he thinks what?" Clary asked when it was silent for a few seconds no one was sure what to say. "He thinks you are cheating." Magnus answered in a soft tone trying to not make the situation worse than it already seemed. Just when Clary wanted to say anything the water was ready and everyone startled a little. "I'll...I'll get that." Clarry said and Alec could hear the brokeness in her voice. She got up and walked to the kettle turning her back to them and Alec suddenly heart a sniff before a sob followed it. Clary placed her hands on the counter trying to support herself and Alec saw it. He quickly got up and went over to her placing a hand on her shoulder. He didn't know how to talk really with people but he knew how to handel a lot of pain. "Hei...don't worry. It will be fine." Alec tried to smooth her but he didn't know if he was doing a really good job. "I'm not cheating on him...I'm...I'm..." Clarys voice was shaking and she didn't really get out the last words while tears escaped her eyes. Alec was now pretty worried so he wanted to know the truth and Magnus just sat there letting Alec handel the situation. It was somehow important that Alec did that even it seemed weird. "You are what? Clary...you are what?" Alec askes with a calm but serious voice and Clary turned to look at him. "It's nothing...just forget it." Clary answered whipping het tears away but Alec wouldn't let go so easily. "It isn't nothing! I know you didn't cheat on him and I know there is more so please just tell me." Alec said with a firm voice and he could see that Clary tried everything to fight her tears. "I...I can't, Alec." Clary answered closing her eyes because she couldn't look in his eyes. "Why?" Alec insisted even he didn't want to pressure Clary at first now he had to know the truth. "Please, Alec." Clary pleaded not opening her eyes but fresh tears escaped her eyes. "Look whatever it is I'm sure you and Jace can work this out. He loves you more than everything and he is really hurt.
