"Maaaaxxxx!" Carter yelled when he jumped out of the car and quickly run to Max who also just got out. "Carter, I missed you!" Max exclaimed and the two boys hugged even it was a bit difficult with Max crutches. "Alec, hei." "Hei Jacob and Noah." Alec answered with a smile and the little girl in Noahs hold was already giggling. "Hei little one." Alec chuckled and shook the little hand of Harper who smiled goofely. "Hello, Magnus." Noah said when Magnus joined them and Magnus waved with his hand. "Oh before we forget it. Carter, I thought you got something?" Noah asked and suddenly Carter turned around looking with huge eyes at them. "Yeiii! Can I give it them now?" Carter asked with puppy eyes and sounded really exciting. "Sure. Come with me and I give it to you." Noah chuckled going back to the car with the little boy. "The house looks already really beautiful from the outside." Jacob said looking at the house and Alec smiled happily about it. He really wanted to help Jacob and Noah with anything because he still felt a tiny bit guilty. He knew Jacob didn't blame him but he still wanted to make up for it a bit. "I'm glad you like it. I hope you also like it from the inside." Alec answered and Jacob nodded returning the smile while Noah came back with Carter. "That's for you, Max; we hope your foot will be okay soon again." Carter said with a happy smile and held out a present in Max direction. "Oh wow...thank you." Max said with a shy smile and Alec helped him to stand while he took the present. "And this one if for you, Magnus." Carter said a bit more shyly and also gave Magnus a little box. "We wanted to visit you sooner but then Harper got a bit sick and we didn't want her to infect you all." Noah then said and Magnus smiled at them before he looked back down at Carter. "Thank you really much, Carter. Thank you Noah and Jacob." Magnus said with a soft smile and the little boy gave him a huge grin showing his teeth. "You really didn't have to buy me anything." Magnus then said to Noah and Jacob who just chuckled. "Don't worry, Magnus. We hope you will like it." Jacob answered with a little smile and then they went to look at the house. After they looked through all the rooms in the house they ended their tour in the garden. The garden was really beautiful it was huge and also it was child friendly. "So...what do you think, Babe?" Noah asked when they stood outside and wrapped his arms around Jacob from behind. "I think...that's the house I want to grow old with you." Jacob answered with a soft smile on his lips and Noah smiled brightly. "I'm really happy to hear that." Noah chuckled and turned Jacob around kissing the top of his head. Magnus stood next to Alec holding his hand tightly and they both were smiling. "I guess I can call the house sold?" Alec asked after he let Noah and Jacob have their moment and Jacob smiled brightly at them. "Yes! It is so beautiful and I love the whole house." He answered and Magnus chuckled a little because Jacob was so excited. "Yes...I mean we would really love to buy it. It is the perfect house for us." Jacob added more calmer and Alec smiled happily at them. "I will tell my dad and he will call you to finish all that." Alec said and felt how Magnus squeezed his hand softly. "You two did it!" Jacob suddenly almost shouted and both Magnus and Alec were looking at him with wide eyes. "Wh...what?" Magnus stuttered a little bit and Noah looked at his husband with a frown. "You said I love you!" Jacob answered with huge eyes and Alec sighed relieved even he didn't know why. "You know how that sounded, Baby?" Noah asked with a raised eyebrow and Jacob blushed bright red when he realised it. "Sorry." Jacob mumbled looking down on the ground to hide his deep blush and Magnus chuckled. "Don't worry. It's fine and yes we did say I love you." Magnus answered and flashed Alec a soft smile who also looked at him. "I bet is was dramatic?" Noah asked when he remembered the last time he saw Alec and Magnus nodded."It was made for movie screens." Alec chuckled a little bit and Magnus moved closer to Alec leaning against him a little. The long standing wasn't really good for Magnus rip and it started to hurt slowly. Alec looked at Magnus and could read in his face he wasn't that comfortable anymore. "Maybe we should go inside and sit down for a few minutes." Alec suggested and Magnus nodded thankfully also being glad he didn't have to say anything. "Sure...but we need to go in a few minutes...we have booked a table in the resturant Magnus recommened us last time." Jacob answered a bit shyly and Alec smiled at them. "Cool I and Magnus will test the new asian resturant that just opened." Alec answered causually but Magnus could  still see the little blush on Alecs cheeks. Magnus was so excited for their date he couldn't wait till they finally went out for dinner. Alec liked to talk with Jacob because he knew Jacob probably understood him more than anyone but Alec also knew that Magnus started to understand him pretty well too. With the time Alec could feel how Magnus knew how to push all his buttons and make him calm in all kinds of situation. Even Jacob was the one who understood him the most Magnus was the one Alec rrusted the most with everything. Since yesterday Alec was sure he was ready for a next step and he wanted to talk with Magnus tonight.
