"What do you mean red carpet?" Alec asked after Magnus told him about the call with Ragnor and sat down on the little stool in front of Alecs bed. "They want us on the red carept at the Emmys." Magnus answered and Alec needed a few seconds to let it sink in because it didn't feel real. "We don't have to go." Magnus added because he didn't want Alec to feel pressured and Alec sat down next to him. "Like I told you, I chose you and that means I also chose the life you live. If they want us on the red carpet they get us...if you are by my side I know it will be okay." Alec answered and the last part came out a bit more shyly than the other but Magnus smiled softly at him. "Of course I'll be by your side. If you will go with me I promise I won't leave your side for even a second." Magnus said softly and made Alec blush a little making him look so adorable. "It is so weird...I didn't trust anyone besides my dad and then you came along. You gained my trust so fast and I fell so quickly for you, it honestly scared the shit out of me and now you are the one I feel like I can do everything with. When you are on my side I don't feel scared...I know I'm save with you." Alec answered and tried to put his feelings for Magnus down in words even he wasn't quiet sure how but for  Magnus it was beautiful. Magnus really loved the way Alec tried to put his feeling down in words and how he learned to understand Alec better with that. "Before the show I was in a relationship with a woman called Camille. She cheated on me so many times but it didn't bother me because I didn't love her really anyway. Actually I can't find one sigle moment in my past I really loved someone or a monet I found someone I could imagine a future with. Of course there were a few who meant a lot to me...but it never...was love. Then I met you and now...I found someone I can imagine a future with...I met someone I love so much it almost scares me." Magnus answered and this declaration of love touched Alecs heart in a way nothing else could or ever would. "She doesn't deserve you...I can't even understand how anyone could ever cheat if they have someone like you on their side." Alec said quietly and Magnus smiled softly placing a hand on Alecs cheek. "I'm glad she actually did. Maybe I would still be with her if she didn't cheat on me and I would have never been able to feel the love I get from you." Magnus said softly placing a smal peck on Alecs lips who was blushing deeply. "We have to stop being cheesy or else we will be like Clary and Jace." Alec chuckled and Magnus agreed but he enjoyed being so cheesy. It was like they were teenagers again who feel in love for the first time and actually they did. Non of them ever really experienced the a real love and never felt something that was so deep and passionated. "Max will kill us." Magnus added with a laugh and Alec nodded knowing his little brother would probaly make fun of them alot. "Max is really adorable...he looks like a little version of you." Magnus said and Alec rolled his eyes a little bit because everyone said that but it was true. Just one quiestion wasn't really answered for Magnus yet and he wanted to know Alecs family a bit better. "You look all the same...you Izzy and Max...but Jace...he...he doesn't look like you at all." "That is because he isn't my real brother." Alec answered with a weak smile and Magnus made an oh mouth. "Jace is actually a Harondale." Alec added really quiet and Magnus looked at him with wide eyes. "You mean...the ones who set their own house on fire?" Magnus asked and Alec was surprised Magnus knew about it because after all it happened more than 20 years ago. "Yeah...well they didn't really do it. The electricity of the house was defect and one night there was a fire. Jace parents died in it but Jace was saved by a firefitgher and my parents were always really close friends with the Harondales so they adopted Jace." Alec explained and Magnus was surprised because this were really new inferomation but it only showed there was a lot both didn't know yet of each other and you never get to know the other one completely. "Does Jace know?" Magnus askes and felt dumb after he heard his own question because he should know better than ask something like that. "Sure he does...it's not like we could keep it a secret from him. Jace had a bit a tough time because people asumed the Harondales set the house on fire but he is a strong young man...and he has us...even I wasn't always the best brother." Alec answered and guilt washed over him when he thought about how many times his brother needed him but Alec wasn't there for him. "Hey, don't think like that. Jace loves you and he doesn't want anyone else as his brother than you." Magnus said taking Alecs hand and gave it a tight squeeze making Alec smile a bit. "Thanks...I don't know what I would do without you." Alec answered with a soft voice and Magnus grinned at him. "You don't have to think about that. I love you and you stuck with me as long as the earth turns around the sun." Magnus grinned and Alec had to giggle because of the cheesy line but it was really cute. "I love you too and I'm really happy that I'm stuking with you." Alec replied kissing Magnus lips softly and Magnus smiled in the kiss. "Let's go and take a walk with the dogs.
