"Alexander, you know that you don't have to go." Magnus said when they sat inside the car but this time without Bear. Alec wanted to try it without him and he also wanted to show Magnus he was trusting him more because Magnus deserved that. Magnus was always patiently with Alec and now Alec wanted to give something back even he wasn't 100% comfortable with it. "I want to try it...I know you're not him." Alec answered with a nervous smile and Magnus returned the smile but his was softer. He was happy that Alec wanted to try it alone and he was also proud of all the progress Alec made. Touching during the training wasn't a problem anymore and kissing seemed natural with the time. Alec felt like he got more and more comfortable with people around him and they even decided to make a movie night with Izzy, Simon, Jace and Clary next saturday. He could also feel how the tensed tension relaxed at home which made everything even better and the hope that his life could be normal again was getting reality. Today Alec was a bit on edge and he also didn't really sleep well because he would meet this guy today. Magnus came at 8am to Alecs place to have breakfast and just tried to be there for Alec the whole time. "You know what you want to say?" Magnus asked when he pulled out of the yard of Alecs home. Today was also another big thing for Alec because he let Magnus drive. For other people it would be usual that the other one drove sometimes but for Alec it was like he lost control and he hated it but he wanted to try. "No...actually I tried to think about what I could say but it's all just one big mess in there." Alec sighed pointing at his head and Magnus flashed him a little smile before he concentrated on the rode again. "I'll be by your side the whole time and I won't leave you...not even for a second. I think you will find the right words once you are there and I know it will be okay...and if not then we will make it okay." Magnus answered shrugging a little bit but he didn't know how much these words calmed Alec down. It was nice to know that there was someone he felt so close being by his side and supporting him like that. This gave Alec a feeling of safety and this was all Alec ever craved for. "Thank you....really. I don't know what I would do without you." Alec said with a shy smile and Magnus took Alecs hand kissing the back of it and then placing both of their hands on the gear shifter. The touch gave Alec comfort and a warm feeling in his tummy that was almost tickling but in such a comfortable way. "Your bodyguards are right  behind us...look how mad Mike looks." Alec chuckled looking in the mirror to see the  bodyguard who were following them. Alec got to know a few of them and he talked a little with Mike who remaind him more on a dad than on a  bodyguard. "Yeah...he always looks like that when I tell him I won't let him drive me." Magnus answered and a smile crossed his lips that was happier than the other ones. "Ohhh turn the the music louder, please!" Alec suddenly yelled when he heard the song and Magnus chuckled because of Alecs excitement. "🎶Oh when you smile at me. You know exactly what you do. You're every line. You're every word. You're everything. 🎶" Alec was singing with the music in the background and even it didn't sound like a great singer Magnus could listen to it the whole day. But Alec stopped when he realized what he was doing and got bright red in his whole face from embaressement. "You like Michael Buble?" Magnus asked trying to act like Alec singing wasn't the cutest thing on earth for him. "Yeah...I like his songs a lot." Alec answered shyly and ran his hand that wasn't held by Magnus through his hair. "That song is really nice...you want to hear my favorit song?" Magnus asked and Alec nodded with a happy smile but his cheeks were still a bit red as if he was oustside when it was cold. "Play Heaven by Troy Sivans." Magnus said and Alec was first a bit confused but then the song started to play. "🎶 Without losing a piece of me. How do I get to heaven? Without changing a part of me. How do I get to heaven? Like the rain to the sea. Trying to set straight the lines that I trace.🎶" Magnus tried to fight the urge to sing with his favorit song because he wanted Alec to hear the song without his crazy voice messing up the sound of it. Alec listened with a slight smile on his lips but there was also this smal frown on his face that made him look like a lost puppy in Magnus eyes. "Wow...that's a great song." Alec said when the song was over and Magnus was glad Alec liked the song too but he knew a song that would defently light up the mood completely. "🎶 But we are two worlds apart. Can't reach to your heart. When you say. That I want it that way. Tell me why. Ain't nothin' but a heartache. Tell me why. Ain't nothin' but a mistake. Tell me why. I never want to hear you say. I want it that way.🎶" As soon as the song started Alec and Magnus both started to sing with it and smiled brightly. They sang the song as loud as they could and a few people who drove by were already looking with confused looks at them but they didn't care. By the end Alec and Magnus were both laughing already feeling pain in their stomaches from all the laughing but at least the mood was brighter than it could be now...//tbc
